This company is a complete sham
This company is a complete sham. I bought the most expensive package at almost $20,000 and within days realized what a sham the company was and asked to cancel and get a refund. Denied. It is now 5 years later and I still don’t have my books. I had the company investigated by private detectives and lawyer firms in the US and Uk. The company is a totally sham. Do not do business with them in any capacity.

On the matter of refunds: we do not deny refund requests without discussion. Every request is reviewed carefully and handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, which are agreed upon at the point of purchase. Where the criteria are met, we action refunds and project cancellations as requested. We also respect when customers wish to continue their projects after further conversations, and only do so with their explicit approval.

Unexpected Fun
The team were helpful and accommodating throughout. Reliving one's life can be a traumatic experience if the listener/writing partner is impatient or not on the same wavelength. Working with Story Terrace on my son’s book
I used Story Terrace to get my son’s book published. We were well supported and any small issues raised were dealt with promptly. Our views and opinions were taken on board. Communication was great. They fabricated everything they say 35000 words is 200 pages but only 127 pages instead they rip me off they never Finnish dawn loaded my work I’m having a hard time getting my money back don’t go with this company when I ask the ghost writer put something dawn she would not or change something she says no

The road to "Was My Cousin A Triple Agent?"
