Excellent training and trainor. Roy Duthie is our trainor and he is very good, knowledgeable skillful and very engaging. Roy is also a funny trainor. We have learned a lot of physical and practical skills how to de escalate situations physical aggression. Highly recommended training. This is very useful to become street smart.

Roy Duthie delivered a very professional session. He delivered the session in an engaging and interesting way. I enjoyed the session and will recommend my colleagues also attend the training course.

Great experience, really interesting and I was made to feel at ease. Content really good and length of time was good

Roy Duthie clearly has so many real life experiences and used realistic scenarios that made the training feel relevant from situational awareness in public spaces to basic self-defence concepts and conflict avoidance. I especially appreciated the focus on prevention and reading body language before situations escalate.
A highly useful course that boosts confidence and awareness
