Unnecessary
The insoles run on the smaller size and offer metatarsal support on both feet, when only one is affected. Better off simply adding a $2.00 metatarsal pad to existing insole.

Hey Jonathan,
You have 4 arches in each foot and 2 of them are transverse metatarsal arches. Why would you want to only wear one and feel more imbalanced and asymmetrical?
I've used all the met domes in my time as a podiatrist with some working better than others, however, none of them met my needs for patients with forefoot pain. Can I ask if you've had any improvements from wearing them?
Our insoles don't just offer metatarsal support, the entire insole contours your entire foot to offload your forefoot even more.
So you might see it as unnecessary - but I would love to know if STRYDA soles have worked for you.
One more thing - if you've got forefoot pain, critically assess the pointiness of your toebox and how high heeled your shoes are. I can assess this for you..

I am optimistic about these insoles
I am optimistic about these insoles, have them in my work boots and wear them 12 hours a day. After a short break in period where my pain was already reduced, I have had 75% less pain and results are holding in there after a few weeks. Other insoles seem to work for a few days and then stop. I was getting really bad and these have allowed me to walk and function at a much Better level!

Seriously fabulous shoes
Seriously fabulous shoes, I bought a pair after finding on Tik Tok and messaged them to see if they would fit my orthotics and Thein got back to me fast. I’ve been wearing them for the last few weeks and love them. They support my feet, I feel supported and comfortable all day. I just placed my order for another pair in black. I love them, give them a try, for me they are great!

I had a bad experience with Stryda
I had a bad experience with Stryda. The sizing was not correct even using their sizing chart. I then had to go through their returns process which took a very long time. Once I received the innersoles and tried them they were horrible. Absolute agony! I was better with out them. They are so hard, push your arch up too high and constrain the foot too much. Not for me.

Hey Aaron - can you do me a favour and send me a DM on either Facebook or Instagram? It sounds like you have the wrong size, they only ever cause discomfort if you either have the wrong size or pair them with the wrong shoes..
Your initial size was probably correct if you went by length measurement - then I'm guessing you went up in size to suit your shoes. This causes pain as the met dome is now sitting in the wrong position because our insoles are designed to anatomically fit your feet - NOT your shoes.

Bought these for my husband
Bought these for my husband, his plantar fasciitis was causing him so much grief. He said within a few days of wearing the soles for a few hours at a time the pain was bearable. A few weeks on and hardly any pain. I’ll definitely look into purchasing a pair of shoes very soon.

These innersoles honestly saved my feet, and my job!
I work long hours on my feet, sometimes up to 12 hours without a break, on hard concrete floors. It got to the point where I would cry in the mornings just putting my feet on the floor and trying to walk. My feet were so painful that if they were squeezed from the sides, I would scream. It genuinely felt like the bones inside my feet were broken.
I tried expensive shoes and wasted so much money trying to find something that would help. Then one day I saw your ad on Facebook and thought I had nothing left to lose, so I decided to give your innersoles a try.
I haven’t looked back!
I’ve now been using them for a year and a half and haven’t had that foot pain again. They’ve made such a difference that I got my husband onto them too, and now we both have multiple pairs for our different shoes.
I tell everyone about these innersoles and how much they helped me. Going from being in tears trying to walk in the morning to being able to work long days on my feet without that pain has been incredible.
Thank you for making such an amazing product. They genuinely changed my life! ❤️

This incredible Miranda, I'm so happy to see your experience with our insoles. Recently, we had another customer said she rolled her eyes when she saw the printed line on our shoebox 'Your life is about to change' only to eventually agree with it haha. She messaged us when she first read it and then updated us when STRYDA delivered. So to see it has changed your life too, makes ALL of our work SO SO WORTH IT.

I have had the shoes for 3 weeks now…
I have had the shoes for 3 weeks now and still find them very hard. I have done the adjustment period of starting with a few hours and now wear them for the full day. They are comfortable enough to not take them off but do find them very hard. How long do they take to wear in properly?

Great shoes and insoles
Thien has been extremely responsive, helping me ascertain my size. The shoes arrived very quickly and were the perfect length and width. It's hard to find shoes that look good, are comfy, and have the wide toe box - thanks Stryda. I am recovering from a plantar tear, and these shoes are wonderful! The tear is in the plate, causing a hammar toe.

STRYDA soles are genuinely so good. I was incredibly skeptical at first because I honestly didn’t think anything could be better than custom orthotics. But within seconds of putting them on, they relieved pain I’ve been dealing with for years.
I’m genuinely obsessed with how much of a difference they’ve made and how they’ve made my feet feel. If I could glue them to my feet permanently, I genuinely would 😂
Safe to say, everyone in my life will now be getting STRYDA soles as gifts! 😂🙌

It's almost always down to 3 main known factors:
1. Wrong size - did you measure your foot length when ordering as advised? If not, we can help!
2. Wrong shoes, if shoes are too narrow or tight on space, adding our insoles into them isn't going to change your pain if your shoes are the root cause
3. More is needed to work out what is going on with your pain.

As a woman in construction that is on…
As a woman in construction that is on her feet for 10+ hours a day. These Insoles fixed my plantar fasciitis when nothing else did! I tried everything and almost gave up. Cannot recommend them enough!
