Wore them in for 3 days, played 9 holes of golf and NO PAIN!!!!

Sent different size shoes from my order for the second time today, so still haven’t tried them on. Very frustrating waste of time and energy

The sneakers are very thick around the ankle and the arch support is not great. Too flat.

I am currently using these stryda soles and have been for about 10months.I love them.I Had 700$ orthotics for 8 to 10 yrs prior .But the stryda soles are even better and approximately a tenth of the price.

These inner soles are great I’ve had foot and knee pain for years and they have really helped with pain management. I don’t get sore from standing and walking all day, having said that it hasn’t cured my pain but it is definitely helping me get on with my day with less pain.

This is my second pair of Strydas. I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot and was shocked that these insoles actually work (having spent hundreds of dollars on podiatrist-made orthotics). They do take a little getting used to (take your time) but trust the process. I definitely recommend Strydas. Happy customer!

Made my feet more worse than before no happy

I have had the Stryda insole only a week and have had relief from my painful heals straight away. Delivery was quick and sizing easy. I would be buying again and recommend to everyone.

Seriously you have to get these if you have foot pain. Mine is unbearable.
These are the only things that work.

They are really well made with good quality materials. They initially looked huge but do seem to fit well, I do recommend measuring your foot and making sure to go a size up if needed. I’m usually a 9 but since there’s no nines I went 9.5.

The toe box is really comfortable, having wide feet, I got really sick of shoes not made for me. So I’m hoping these continue to be comfortable and a good fit.
Only having black and white shoes sucks and there’s not a lot of variety in the skews. If they made a good looking casual high top I would buy it.

The incessant advertising and aggressively pushed positive reviews online did leave a sour taste.

Hopefully the shoes continue to be good and I would buy again.

The protocol include for break in was excellent and certainly needed. I have the insoles in may daily wear boots and my house shoes as well. They have been great and while I still have some slight discomfort at times nothing compared to when I started. Great product wish they would fit in all my boots. I will certainly be a repeat buyer that’s for certain.

Have swapped my orthotics for these

Just received my order yesterday and put them straight into my workboots, screw the wear in period, these insoles made an immediate difference and got better the more I wore them. So awesome to see an Aussie company kicking ass with a brilliant product that actually works.

I have used STRYDA's inner soles in all my footwear (both work and athletic shoes) for over 2 years, they've really helped with my foot movement and comfort, with excellent support (and they cater for larger foot sizes, mine being US14/EU48). Highly recommended

This is my third pair of Stryda. Obviously they do the job and help my feet. I had orthotics made by a podiatrist which I only wear with sneakers but the Stryda slim fit are better for my Frankie 4 shoes.

I bought my first pair nearly three years ago, there were a little short, but great anyway.
I bought my second pair, correct size this time, I walk every day & you can feel the natural support. I don't suffer burning feet like I used to.
I also ordered my son two pairs & he commented how great they feel.

Quick friendly response and the inner soles have been fabulous in relieving my plantar fasciitis pain.

I received my STRYDA insoles today and I already feel less pain. I've been hobbling in pain for so long now (2 years) - I have tried everything possible, and spent many dollars, including bone spur and planter facsia release surgery in February. I'm very hopeful that these insoles will enable me to walk with less pain. The service I have received has been outstanding - highly recommend this product.

The sole itself is good. Definitely helps with day to day pain whilst walking however not so good with running. Feet were quite red as it can be like cement. The biggest issue is the customer service very quick to take payment. The large is currently out of stock (still says in stock online) and getting a refund back takes forever. The team almost never reply to emails once the sale is made. I had made a couple of purchases and requires about 10 follow ups

I tried to contact via Facebook on the 19th of March to see if I could get a reply but never received a reply so not sure if is being monitored. In addition you say stock levels have been mostly resolved now I was told it was 2-3 months.
