These insoles are amazing! Honestly,

I was a bit skeptical to start with. I wasn't sure about trying cork, but as a bigger guy on my feet for the majority of my shift, I knew the standard rubber ones are useless and go flat after a few wears.

My foot and heel pain was just getting to be too much. I followed the wearing-in process—well, almost! I didn't quite make it to the third step before I had to just wear them.

And well... wow! I spent the whole shift on my feet with no issues, but more importantly, no pain. Even better, the next day I was moving around the house barefoot with still no pain. It's amazing. I had honestly forgotten what it felt like getting up from the lounge or bed without heel pain.

This company is very professional regarding the purchasing process. I've ordered the insole on 10 May 2026 and it was delivered within four days. The item was well pack and came with great instructions with useful tips on using it.

Due to my painful hell, I'm still adjusting on using it for a longer period to help with managing pain. As it's a firmer material, it seems to provide a stable hold for my foot when walking.

When I ordered I actually ordered the wrong size and Stryda_movement sent me a message of how to measure my foot. And then they changed my order to what I needed. I've worn them for about 7 weeks now and no pain unless I forget to put them in my other shoes then I have pain again.

As a fitter and turner working 12-hour shifts on my feet, I’ve always struggled with sore feet at the end of the day and especially first thing in the morning. I decided to give Stryda insoles a go and honestly didn’t expect such a difference.

They took a little while to get used to at first, but once my feet adjusted, I couldn’t go without them. Now I have them in all my work boots and shoes. The support and comfort throughout long shifts is unreal, and the constant foot pain I used to deal with has improved massively.

If you spend all day on your feet for work, these are absolutely worth it.

Styder insoles and shoes have been a journey, it was quite a change going from soft shoes to the firmer insoles and shoes. But I stuck to the process and now a week and a half the pain in my feet have reduced alot and hopefully I will get through a 10hour shift without changing my shoes today, I have high expectations as I have been told about your insoles from others and how remarkable they are. So far I would recommend your product infact I probably should have got them sooner. Thankyou.

These insoles have made a huge difference to the foot pain I was having from working a job where I am on my feet all day. I have been able to use them instead of replacing my very expensive orthotics. The metatarsal dome is the key for me but very hard to find in an insole. I now have them in all my shoes, which also saves me from having to switch a single pair of orthotics around when I want to wear different shoes.

I bought my first pair of Strydas when I saw you on shark tank. I just purchased my 2nd pair. I wouldn't be without them, as my moretons neuroma is now more manageable and walking is so much more comfortable.

Communication was flawless and very prompt with my enquiry. I bought the insole, was not 100% sure if this product would help my heel spur/plantar fascaiitis so waited for a couple of weeks before i wrote this review. The result is not immediate but after 2 weeks use I can see improvement and am able to walk furhter then before. I feel confident that it will improve more with time.

Believe the reviews - these really work. Have been wearing for 1 week and there is a noticeable difference to my Plantar fasciitis. The heel pain in the morning is slowing get less.
I do have one regret - that I didn’t buy 2 pairs - as I’m swapping between runners and work shoes each day.

In my opinion the product is good quality. IT does the job that i intended it to do.

Still settling in, certainly some improvement particularly during the day, first thing in the morning improvement but first steps still painful.

I purchased the Stryda insoles with a lot of cynicism but a week in and I am really impressed with the comfort and support. Still gradually breaking them in (as advised) but I am sure I will continue to have great results and be able to wear them all day long.

No disappointment experienced with the cork insoles. I didn’t require the suggested break-in period at all. On Day 1, I wore them continuously for 12 hours in my R.M.Williams boots with absolutely no discomfort. On Day 2, I did the same with my Blundstone boots and experienced the same results. In fact, they provided substantial relief from the heel pain I had been experiencing for several months due to heel spurs.
Highly recommended and worth the dollars spent.

The inserts are so good! Day one - super comfortable and my feet feel great at the end of it. The service also excellent. Recommend

After wearing a pair of new shoes for a few months I started to get a cramping feeling and experiences of plantar fasciitis. Granted, the shoe is maybe a half size too large but I love everything else about them (goretex walking/hiking shoes, perfect for wet weather in winter). I was wearing another brand of insoles at the time and was going to give up on the shoes. Stryda was pumping me with social ads so gave them a shot as a hail-mary... and yeah they were a great fit for me. The stiffness and support of the soles were exactly what I was missing. Love wearing these shoes now. The walking equivalent of 4x4 driving lol.

Wrong size was delivered, having issues with the site to return for an exchange. Tried to contact via email, but no response. This is my second pair so happy with the product, but the delivery experience for this second purchase and my attempts to get a refund or exchange have been very frustrating.

Love my Stryda innersoles l would highly recommend for you to try them . If you have any foot pain give them a try they really helped me get rid of my pain.l did have heal pain as well all gone.

It takes a while but I can walk distance again and don’t get out of bed like a cripple. The pain of PF is eventually a detriment to your quality of life, you think it will get better but it gets worse. It takes a couple of weeks and a couple of glasses of red but you eventually take back your life. Put them in your shoes then take them out , just do this till your used to them and then leave them in all the time. If you buy other shoes just swap them around. Always remove your factory inner soles that come with your shoes. Good luck Mike 65

I've been wearing the insoles and shoes for about a month and a half and what a game changer!! For someone with bad hips (surgery) which gives me bad knees, these have changed my life - I even went comfortably running the other day and no pain the next day! I have even been wearing them at the gym for leg day and the stability they provide is unmatched. 10000/10
