Great for the gym
I've bought the black runners. Good fit out of the box and true to size. The wider toe box is great for the gym, and I've binned my old New Balance trainers that were far too spongy and unstable.

I was curious about Stryda and wanted to try them
I was curious about Stryda's promise of better, more pain free feet. Having said that, I don't have the exact problem they describe but I've tried almost every type of insert you can buy and also went to a podiatrist who sold me $900 inserts that failed catastrophically. These inserts help, they aren't 100% relief but they help and that's something (as I said, I don't have the exact issue they promise to remove). I was impressed enough to purchase a few insoles for various shoes I love but have been unable to wear at all now I can for a longer time without serious pain and my lower back thanks me as well.

The Stryda cork insoles are working…
The Stryda cork insoles are working well. It's made a huge difference. Not to soft or too hard, just right! I have a Morton s neuroma and the metatarsal dome helps. Good work Thien

I have been using these insoles for a few months now and they are one of the best thing that has ever happened to me. The plantar fasciitis that i have was really bad but now its better, not completely gone but much better so I ordered a second pair

Hey Graham, You can definitely clean them quite effectively if you use some soap and water as simpel as that sounds or a baby wipe.
Any white shoe would get dirty - that's the nature of them, they look great...but are hard to keep clan unfortuantely.
How have they been otherwise?

Great customer servcie and follow up. I am still giving some time to let the insoles do their work. Along with physio and excercises my plantar fasciitis is slowly improving.

Feet heaven
One of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Initially wasn’t sure when I chose the size I normally wear. Very important to measure one’s feet to determine the correct size and fitting.
Requested for an exchange and the rest is history. Feet very comfortable on long work days and day out. I wear it all the time now and have since purchased another sole for my gym shoes.

Absolutely love this Alvin, our shoes only get better with more wear strangely, the soles and the upper materials soften up and our STRYDA soles also mould to the shape of your feet the more you wear them. They're getting a lot more love now that more people are feeling the difference between STRYDA and their most popular and worn runners.

Excellent Customer Service from Thien
Great Australian company that is not selling crapy products. Whilst the sizing was a bit of an issue, Thien himself picked up the phone to call me so we could get it sorted out. I am currently in the orthotics I purchased and whilst much firmer than I am used to I am pleased to say they have not caused me any foot pain like many others I have tried. I am looking forward to trying the shoes. I really like to buy Australian products and I want to support companies who are putting out great products like Stryda are.
I think everyone should get out of the shoes they are in and try the Stryda for the longevity of foot health.

Very high quality shoes
Unfortunately these shoes were not right for my feet (the problem is my feet, not the shoes). They are beautifully made, with good arch support and a metatarsal dome. The customer service was amazing, I would reccomend this product to anyone who have a normal shape foot

The feet supports are actually working…
The feet supports are actually working well. I had a foot reconstruction several years ago after rupturing a tendon and have 3 screws in one foot. I have had arch supports made, purchased many, and heaps of quality shoes with supports however I cannot stand long or walk very far and it has thrown my back out so it aches when I walk. I am in constant pain when standing or walking.
I have only used stryda for a few days and they have helped my comfort level no end. If this is a fix I will bless you forever.

Ordered, paid & not received . No up dates given.
I ordered and paid for pair of Stryda Pulse Black on 22 April 2026 . I am still to receive them even though I was given a tracking number the day after , but then was told that they had not in fact shipped . I am disappointed I have received no up dates from the company given that I assume they are in stock by now.

I had been struggling with plantar…
I had been struggling with plantar fasciitis for 12 months prior to trying the cork innersoles from Stryda. Within 2 weeks I found the issue in my left foot has become far less painful fast forward another 4 weeks and I can say 99% disappeared. I now have the oversold in all my shoes they ate life changing.
I took the leap and trusted Stryda and purchased a pair of there unique joggers. I've had the for 6 weeks and given them a good workout, infact im currently in Las Vegas and pounding the street average 20 to 25 thousand steps a day absolutely no issues, love these joggers.

I was a little late starting to use the…
I was a little late starting to use the insoles as I have been away. I'm concerned I might not have the right size.
They fit the length of my feet size (drawing I did of my feet) but they do not go all the way to the front of my shoes. I have always had to buy longer wider shoes as my feet a very wide and I also have bunions - so find I have to have my shoes roomy!

Hey Sue, that's some great intel for me to work what's wrong - your shoes aren't right. VERY common and I have a whole gallery of people who have this issue, men have this mostly. To get the width you need, you need to go up in length. 99% of shoes out there are pointy and narrow, so now you have a shoe that is wide enough but it's still pointed and long. This directly contributes to pain and...bunions.
These same shoes are always high heeled so the compound effect of have your weight slanted fowards into a tight toebox jams your forefoot with every step. I strongly suggest changing to shoes with a wider toebox for bunions sake. Can you message me on Facebook or Instagram and I'll send you photos of this issue.
We can certainly exchange size if you need but they are designed to fir your feet first, not your shoes. Let's get you a great experience so we can shift this 3 star review into a 5 star review haha

My first pair arrived quickly and I trialed them for an hour thé first day and a couple the following day. After that I wore them all day and found them so comfortable inside my boots. They felt like a new boot altogether! I’m glad I invested in your inner soles as my feet feel so good.

So far, these insoles have made a big difference from day 1 from wearing them. I did not experience any heal pain and I even wore them the whole day walking. Overall so happy I bought them and strongly recommend them.
