my feet feel comfortable at long last, I need to wear them in a little as foot beds are slightly thicker than most and I am noticing some rubbing on toes etc. I am not worried about this will just work through it as I have no muscle pain at all

Great to hear you're getting results but from what you're saying, we can get even better results with the goal of 100% resolution!
..and I believe it has everything to do with your shoes. You can send photos to either Facebook or Instagram messenger to have them assessed or you can go one better and check out STRYDA shoes!
Either way, it sounds like you need to change them to get the best results as you now know how much of a difference our insoles can make!

Stryda cured my plantar fasciitis
I had plantar fasciitis for 7 months. I spent thousands of dollars on shockwave treatment before I found Stryda. After following the advice from Thien (Stryda’s founder) as my new podiatrist and wearing Stryda’s shoes my heel pain is GONE! I cannot believe the solution was so simple (new footwear) and I wish I had started wearing these shoes sooner. I’m so grateful for this product as foot pain is debilitating! Thank you Thien!

That's wonderful Kali, I set out to set the gold standard for Plantar Fasciits - I knew how wide spread the problem was for people who spend thousands and try every treatment only to still be stuck with the pain. A Must Have for Your Feet and Worth Every Penny
I wore these insoles for 3 hours straight on the very first day—no breaking-in period needed—and they felt perfect right away. I use them every day at work, where my job requires intense, non-stop walking for long hours. The difference is incredible: no more strained, painful feet and knees.
I’m so happy and grateful, this product is truly a lifesaver! I’m even considering buying the shoes, and I will definitely be buying some for my family.

Absolutely love this KC! As much as we often get raving reviews sharing success wit hknee, hip and back pain, we don't actively push these claims as cases can be so varied between individuals. Very responsive customer service
Very responsive customer service. The shoes are great. I still have some foot pain though it's much improved. I can wear these shoes all day no worries and be fine. Would get again.

Received on 06/07 so I have only a week to use.
The shoes are comfortable to wear but I still have foot pain. The slim innersoles I purchased for my golf shoes make the golf shoes too tight and uncomfortable to use. The normal innersoles have not been used yet.

Now for your shoes, if the slim insoles make your golf shoes tight - that's a major red flag for your shoes, they're way too tight relative to the volume and shape of your feet. This I would bet on and must change if you're getting foot pain. The root cause of most pain that is directly correlated to being on your feet almost always comes from the shoes you wear and the most common problem is the shape and volume. Most shoes are terrible for both of these factors, that's why we developed our own shoes...and the best part is, so many golfers are loving them!

I like how these fit in my regular shoes
I like how these fit in my regular shoes. I introduced them gradually to not add to my pain issues, I am now beginning to notice improvement to my foot pain.

Happy with shoes and customer support
The shoes are great, comfy, and I'm so glad someone has come out with good quality wide toe box runners. Additionally, I also had an unfortunate incident where staff were very accommodating and understanding. Happy all round.

Winning insoles
It’s early days wearing the cork insoles, but my forefoot pain is going away. My problem is not PF; my pain is likely bursitis at the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal joints. The cork metatarsal dome is definitely helping reduce pressure at the sore site. Looks like a winner for me! Thank you.

It'll only go from strength to strength with more time Caroline! Love this - just one thing I would tick off for when you are up for new shoes, check out our anatomically designed shoes. They are foot shaped and zero drop which is crucial for intermetatarsal bursitis and Morton's neuroma. This is often the last piece of the puzzle. Check your own shoes too or send us photos on either facebook or Instagram and I can assess them for you.

Highly recommend this is my 2nd pair of insoles
this is my 2nd pair of insoles. bought my first pair about 2 years ago. absolutely brilliant. I used to pay $400 for custom insoles from podiatry. These are more comfortable than they podiatry ones. On first use need to give it time to get used to them but once your feet are good they are the best things ever. thank you.

Love this Marie, this seems to be quite a common theme for so many people who leave reviews. I designed them as a podiatrist to outperform my own custom orthotics I would get from a labroratory.

I have suffered from PF For years. Ive spent thousands of $$$ chasing the next best insert and shoes. Give Stryda a chance. Listen to Thien’s (the owner of Stryda)advice on shoe choice, proper sizing and exercise.
I’m in my 3rd month wearing Stryda in all my shoes(Keen and Altras). I can get up in the morning and not dread the entire day. It takes time so be patient. I’m still in recovery but it took me years to get to this point. SOFTER inserts and shoes are not the answer.

You already have great shoes because those brands are part of the 1% that I actually approve of other than our own shoes I designed myself...you'll have to try those next haha Thanks for sharing your experience and helping us dispel the myth of softer cushioning is not the answer.

Way too wide didn’t fit in any of my shoes. I only wear canvas slip on shoes and tennis shoes .I’m a woman my feet are size 8 regular width.

Hey Lynnette, this is a major red flag with your shoes. Our insoles are designed to fit 99R% of shoes out there WITH a pointy toebox which is a total compromise to meet our customers where they're at because as a podiatrist, I would never allow for such pointiness if given the option.
That's why our new shoes have a new insole developed specifically for our shoes.
So here's what I strongly suggest even non related to our insoles - have your shoes assessed. If they're too tight or narrow to fit our insoles, then they are certainly too tight, pointed and unsuitable for your feet. This is directly causing any foot pian you might be having.
I can even do this for you, please send me a message on either facebook or Instagram on our STRYDA pages and I'll help you.
The problem isn't our insoles...it's your shoes. If your shoes are poorly chosen and fitting, our insoles aren't going to help even if you could get them into your shoes.

Nice product
Nice product. It takes a little while to get used to them, but take it gently and it's worth it. Having acclimatised to my first set, I just bought another two pairs and installed them in my Dr Martens (shoes and boots).

Give Stryda a go!
So far so good, I originally ordered the wrong size and Hannah from Stryda Support helped rectify the problem in a very timely matter. My partner has been wearing them for a bit over a week now and is already feeling the relief and he even said they are more comfy then he thought they would be considering the cork. Definitely worth a go!

Thanks for placing your faith in us to help your partner, cork feels firm to the touch but is packed with millions of airtight bubbles which is incredible if you consider there are 40 million per cubic centimetre! Far better than all the plastic junk out there. So glad he's getting better!

I bought the insoles
I bought the insoles, after wearing them for a day I took my shoes off when I got home and an hour or so later I noticed how free my feet felt especially from the ball of my foot across..I have gone back and bought the shoes as well and will shift the insoles between my other shoes..I bought the thin ones..amazing

I bought my Stryda shoes hoping to get relief from foot pain, I work on my feet and my Stryda shoes have made so much difference, once I sat down I use to be crippled after work, not any more, even my hip feels better, these shoes have put a smile back on my face and feet.
