Comfortable and practical

I was only moderately optimistic but figured the price was worth a try. Well, fast forward two weeks and I know have 2 pair. Very happy with my insoles.

The service is fantastic however despite purchasing the stryda shoes and a number of the innersoles I am still suffering with pain from the plantar fasciitis. I definitely think the innersoles help but to be painfree might just be time.

Top quality! Constructed so well I don’t need anything else to relieve the heel pain after wearing gel supports as well as a gel in the heel of my shoe! Which surprised me a great deal knowing cork was firm. Fantastic support for the whole foot

Outstanding shoes. The only shoes I wear now. Also such great customer service. I recently bought a new pair and really don’t like the style for me. I contacted them and they exchanged them no problems at all. My foot problems have gone and I love the look of these shoes. Hoping for some more female work style like ankle boots or open toe for summer maybe. 😀

Great insoles, fixed my sore toes and plantar fasciitis within 2 weeks from wearing work boots 15 hours a day. Can't recommend these enough.

As a long-term Type 1 diabetic, I understand how important it is to wear supportive, comfortable and well-made footwear. Finding shoes that protect my feet without looking overly clinical has always been a priority for me.

Without a doubt I was skeptical as I’ve tried just about EVERYTHING! I chatted the the owner over Instagram he was so nice to take time out of his busy schedule to answer my questions, but WOW i suffered for years with foot pain I do sometimes 14 -18 hour shifts walking and standing around NFL stadiums as a crowd management specialist and these insoles have changed my work and everyday life I have them in my snowboarding boots my golf shoes my work boots and my everyday sneakers can’t say enough about these insoles thank you so much stryda ! I popped in store to buy my shoes. Lucky for me Thien was there. He is very knowledgeable. I have been wearing my STRYDA shoes daily for nearly 5 weeks. They did take a little time for my feet to adjust. I had achy knees for a couple of days until they realigned. Now that my feet have settled into these shoes, they’re very happy indeed. Funnily enough I can walk around the house barefoot again. STRYDA shoes are the best shoes I have purchased and I highly recommend them.

I can genuinely vouch for these shoes. As someone with fallen arches, wide feet, and ongoing foot problems, I'd almost given up wearing shoes because they were always uncomfortable and painful.

These, however, are different. I can't quite explain what it is, but they just feel right. Until now, the only shoes I could tolerate were the Brooks Beast, which cost me $350, and even they still caused me pain.

With these, I haven't experienced that same pain at all, and they were around $100 cheaper. I'm extremely happy with them.

I also want to give a big thank you to Tien. He took the time to understand my needs instead of rushing the process, and helped me find the perfect pair. I really appreciate the excellent customer service.

I bought new stryda insoles to put into hiking boots I hadn't worn for 10 years which had no insoles. I wore them for 10 days straight on a walking trip to Tasmania with no issues at all. They made my boots so comfortable. And they arrived in less than 3 days to regional

These are amazing! After trying more than a dozen pairs of white casual shoes at more than 5 stores, as well as 3 pairs from other online stores, I found these. The white Aura sneakers are really stylish to dress up casual outfits and so so comfortable. Thank you Thien for designing a shoe with more style than the usual 'orthotic' shoes. Even the stryda insoles are comparable with my custom orthotics for support.

I have 2 Morton's Neutoma in my left foot. I wear Stryda innersoles all the time and I am able to walk without pain.

I have a half-dozen pairs for my ASICS sneakers. I believe they have remedied my plantar fasciitis to the point that I can play tennis and take long hikes and runs again.

I have tried so many different insoles to try and reduce my pain and discomfort and nothing worked like stryda . I’ve purchased these insoles for all of my shoes and workboots and I’m fine on my feet all day . I highly recommend!!

I have had two pairs of STRYDA's cork insoles for a while, so decided to buy a pair of Pulse Runners. I am not disappointed, they feel like I am walking on a cloud. Three days in and my foot pain is gone and I don't feel strain through my hips and knees. Worth it!
