Out driver Amir was amazing. We went out of his way to help us in and out of the car. We had a ton of luggage and a baby and he was so efficient. He was kind and friendly and super helpful. We loved talking to him. He made us feel very comfortable! We will use him again.

Hi Atherton, Thank you for leaving the review for us. Our Terms and conditions for late amendment, cancellations, free refund deadlines and flight cancellations are all published online. All our clients agree to our terms and conditions while making online bookings. Your late cancellation request was outside the free cancellation time and thus, refund was not approved for your cancellation .

We have set these terms and conditions in order to be fare with everyone, including the drivers. We offer full refund as long as bookings are cancelled 48 hours in advance. 12-48 hours, 80% is refundable. In the last 12 hours before pickup time, the bookings become non refundable under any circumstances.

We have now used them several times and each time they have been professional, prompt to reply and assist, and been transformative for us to be able to achieve remote tasks as well as in person transfers.

The drivers, staff and general service are all excellent.
We now prefer to use Manchester airport so we can use their services, even if the flight is not the most convenient.

We really have been very pleased and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I used STS to travel from home to Manchester Airport. My usual taxi service was unavailable so I tried STS. I live in a remote location at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. I was concerned that the remote location and poor wintry weather might result in a “no show”. Amir arrived in time and got me to the airport without delay. Overall an excellent service with confirmation and regular updates on the driver’s progress to the pick up location.

Our driver Amir was top notch. He was very professional and personal. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver. He started our vacation on a positive note. We highly recommend.

For a company offering airport pickups, this policy feels unfair—flight delays are common and outside passengers’ control.

On time pick-up and drop off at Manchester airport.
Driver very pleasant, helpful and loaded/unloaded all luggage for 8 persons.

My driver was Amir, who picked me up from the airport to deliver me to my hotel in Manchester. He kept me very well informed prior to my pick up, and was very professional. He was friendly and kind, and got me safely and quickly to my destination. I will highly recommend Amir for his services!
