Customer support was helpful and relatively quick to respond (responded within a few hours)
Slow Support
I had an issue with a buyer and customer support told me to just cancel the sale, but the app didn't have an option for me to do so. I reached out to them letting them know and they did not respond/resolve the issue in a timely manner. As a result I was not able to sell the ticket and lost out.

Service was terrible
Service was terrible. Took way too long to respond and were not transparent at all. The complaint on my ticket made no sense at all and yet I almost lost my money from it.

Open a call center for customer support. When there is a problem on the day of the game and I try to reach out to the customer support, you guys reply for 1/2 day. I want immediate support.
- Improve the website. I had a glitch on the website multiple multiple times. Like I canceled the transaction and deleted the listing but it still shows on the ticket listing and somebody pays for the tic. when I go to see who paid for the ticket, I don't see that on the active listing, the whole thing vanishes and I continuosly get emails to send my ticket. How would I send the ticket if I don't find the transaction on the active listing??????

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, they tried to blame me for the fact that the buyer didn’t accept the ticket transfer and then lied he didn’t get the option too. He admitted he was wrong but i still lost my payment. Also possibly ai being used

Refunds have not gone through
This company can improve by having a customer service number to call and speak to someone about transaction details. I have read the entire FAQ page, as requested by Student Seats, to attempt to answer my question: why haven’t I been refunded for tickets I shouldn’t have been allowed to purchase per Purdue ticket policy? I am currently being ripped off by Student Seats and Purdue (shocker). If I could give Student Seats zero stars, I would!

Quickly + successfully resolved a dispute
Quickly resolved a dispute (buyer claimed they didn’t receive a ticket that was successfully transferred to them) in my favor. Process to respond to the dispute was very clear. Other than that, I’ve sold about 10 tickets over this site and it has gone smoothly every time.

Zero customer support
Zero customer support! Only way to get in touch with anyone is through an email that they answer whenever. Will not use again. Also prices are way higher here than on SeatStock for same games.

The company founder is very active and responds quickly to emails. I had doubts about it being a real company or getting paid, but it paid out quickly and is legit. Definitely be sure to read carefully through all the steps tho!
