I bought a ticket and before claiming the ticket I realized I could no longer attend the event. They helped issue a full refund promptly.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a ticket transfer, and the team was incredibly responsive and fair in resolving the situation. Even though the buyer couldn’t locate the ticket, they handled it professionally, refunded them, and even offered to reimburse me. Their communication was clear and considerate throughout the process. Highly recommend!

No customer service
I sold one ticket on this platform and then received another ticket which I also needed to sell since I did not intend on going to the football game which these tickets were for. However, their system does not allow you to sell a ticket while still in the long period during which the buyer can complain.
It is understandable that their system would have bugs, however, what is unacceptable is the complete lack of customer service I received when I used their contact from the website and emailed them twice describing my issue several hours before the game. This forced me to hold the ticket while not attending the game, which at my school severely impacts loyalty points.
