I have enjoyed studying with Study Active, the whole process was smooth. The support staff, tutors, and practical assessors were very professional.

I had a fantastic experience working with study active. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive guiding me through the processes for completing my Gym Instructors Level 2 and Personal Training Level 3 courses. Having the option to do everything online and at a slower pace was perfect for me whilst juggling family life and a busy full time job already. It’s been fantastic learning about what’s involved in becoming a PT. The course allowed me to study at my own pace, alongside a demanding job. It has motivated me to continue learning and build on the knowledge I’ve gained so far. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to start their journey.

Be very cautious on purchasing any of these courses that they offer as combined packages. They stipulate a 2 week period cancellation period for the WHOLE package: on the more advanced courses, even if you have never tried them out or will not access them after 6 months to 1-2 years as you progress through the courses. They then refuse to refund any course from any part of the combined package, despite their heavy promotion of combined packages. As justification they say you agreed in the terms and conditions ignoring the basic unfairness of what they promote. Buy only the course that you need as stand alone as I lost over £2000.

Tutors are very knowledgeable and only a phone call away. Kelly and Heather were were good, my tutor for L3 Rebecca was amazing, I phoned several times and she was genuinely interested in helping me pass and has a wealth of knowledge. I can’t thank Rebecca enough.

I've recently completed my L2 Gym Instructor course and everything has been really great. The online materials are good quality & easy to use, the tutor support team are very responsive, and there are lots of additional materials to help prepare you for the practical assessment. Colin was my assessor - he explained everything in detail & put me at ease straight away, resulting in an enjoyable experience for my practical. I'm looking forward to getting stuck in with L3 PT now!

I just finished my Level 2 Personal Trainer qualification with Study Active, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, I felt completely supported.

At the end of the course, there were a few assignments I was a bit nervous about—like filming a client consultation and delivering a training session. But in the end, it all went so smoothly! I filmed my consultation at home and decided to do my practical exam in person.

Colin was my assessor, and I really enjoyed the session. He was there every step of the way, making sure everything was going well without ever feeling intrusive. His feedback was really constructive and made the whole experience feel positive and professional.

Now, I’m excited to start my Level 3 with Study Active.

Just completed my Lv 3 PT exam with Study Active and it was a brilliant experience from state to finish. My assessor, Colin, was really helpful and explained everything in detail before guiding me through my final assessment. He took the time to detail what was required and provide useful tips to support my learning. I would highly recommend Study Active if your thinking of training to be a personal trainer in the future and Colins assessment skills are great 👍

I completed my L3 Personal Training Qualification today, successfully passing my practical assessment with Chris Walsh! From the moment my client and I arrived, Chris immediately made us feel at ease. He had a wonderful manner throughout the assessment; providing support, encouragement and helpful tips for my future development in the industry. The entire experience was so enjoyable and I’m so pleased that Chris was my assessor - highly recommend to all learners!

I’ve found the course as a whole comprehensive, well structured and thorough. I’d like to give a special shout out to Kelly and Heather who have both been so efficient in responding to any queries or concerns I’ve had throughout my learning.
