Love the products
Love the products. It is getting harder and harder though with the box stores selling like products for less. Also in the email I received it stated that there was 50%off wholesale but when I checked out it was regular wholesale price. Not happy about that .

I did not like the deceptive practice…
I did not like the deceptive practice of saying that if I buy their product before my regular shipment was sent they would add it to the order and ship it for free. They sent the additional product separately and charged me shipping. This happened three times so this is a normal practice. I no longer feel they are a trustworthy company

As a person that deal with thinning hair.
As a person that deal with thinning edges, this hair fiber is a blessing for me and it covers up my Grey spots. Its easy to use and the fibers literally adhere to my hair and gives me a fuller look.

you sent me the wrong color.
you sent me the wrong color it’s supposed to be auburn and I sprayed it TWICE onto my hair and it ran out. terrible service..took forever to come just for the color to be wrong. Don’t get this.

The spray I ordered was colorless
The spray I ordered was colorless, and had to go through the hassle of sending it back. I am not sure if they will eventually replace it or not. Disappointed as I have been using this product for years.
