Thank you for your feedback, Patricia. We’re sorry to hear there was confusion with the audio message.
The item is designed to say “Have a stress-free day,” but we understand how clarity can vary depending on playback and individual interpretation. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your feedback with our product team to review the audio quality.
Timely deliver of order even though I ordered at the last minute.
You did a great job of getting what I needed in plenty of time, even though I didn't order until was less than 2 weeks before I needed it in hand. You made sure that I had it earlier than I requested.

April has been amazing from start to finish. She explained the items in detail. I changed the order a few times, had to proof a couple of times (my edits) and the product arrived in perfect condition, all individually wrapped in their own box, hi- quality product and etching was spot on.
This was one of the best and easiest part of our award event. Thanks April

Thank you, Gaile, for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the award.
This piece is produced using a sandblasted etching process, which creates a permanent, tone-on-glass finish rather than a printed surface. Based on your feedback, it’s possible the piece may not have been fully cleaned after engraving, which can leave a residue that affects clarity.
Our customer service team is already in touch and reviewing the images you provided to determine the best resolution. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

I know someone that has this & I had to get it for myself! Of course I love it. I even shared the link with others in case they want their own. It says, relax, calm down, don't stress, take it easy. Great for someone with stress in their life.

I have purchased from you before and was very pleased.
However, I am not happy about my latest purchase. The print on the glass is so faint as to be hard to read. You need to look at a special angle to read it. The lettering should have been frosted or a different color to be easily read.

I was grateful for the help I received prior to receiving the penholder and pen. However, when they arrived, the lettering on the penholder was faded in some spots making it appear to be old rather than brand new.
