April is always great to work with! I didn't like the font on the first proof, but it was promptly corrected, and the order arrived much faster than expected.

The website was clunky when ordering which resulted in an incorrect order and when contacting customer service they wouldn’t allow me to reorder. It seemed that customer service was AI and it was hard to get them to actually understand why it was the website glitching that caused the problem.

My experience was great before of Ella. She went over and beyond and was extremely responsive right away. She provided details and called to clarify when questions arised.

Accuracy and timeliness of proofs were excellent. The turnaround time and crispness of engraving were also excellent. We're very happy with the awards we got.

I really want to give more starts but can’t because I was disappointed somewhat. These might seem insignificant to someone else, but they weren’t to me. One of the engraved letters was missing a small portion of the letter. Inside the glass figure there are a few small fragments that look like crumbs. This is noticeable when even just glancing at the glass figure. Overall I still really like my item selection just have a disappointing feeling.

The award that I ordered was not placed and an incorrect award was placed. When I received the proof that was sent over, I had to email and request the correct award that I originally placed. I had to wait for this to be corrected until I could submit final approval. Unfortunately, the representative that I normally work with was out of the office and was not able to get to this until he returned.

Well crafted product and delivery was swift, as this was a gift.

Easy to order, even with personalization, and quick turnaround. I ordered early because I wasn't sure how long things would take. I have the personalized crystal award in hand a month before I need it!

There were some missing pieces, which were disappointing. Additionally, the box had been taped together, which made it feel less secure and not quite up to the standard I expected. One other thing I observed was that the captions were actually plates glued onto the side of the platform, which wasn't clear in the product description.
