Great Customer Service
I received a broken item. I contacted Customer Service immediately, and sent pictures. A PERSON responded - no intermediary "AI Assistant" - and the issue was handled promptly and professionally. The replacement item is beautiful.

Great Service and Great Products
First off, the customer service was so wonderful! I had to modify my order a couple times and the customer service representatives were so kind, had great communication and very timely. The custom product I ordered for an event came in a timely manner and also looked exactly how I hoped.

Gets the job done
The items themselves were good quality and shipped surprisingly fast. I had a concern about an authorization hold (which appeared as a pending charge) and the support team speedily resolved the issue. Good experience overall.

Though I did receive my complete order…
Though I did receive my complete order after a second ask, some third party scammer charges landed on the same card which was new and never used online previously. Although none of them are BBB affliated I tried to read through the privacy policy, but it had so much ambiguity about third parties, I'm sure it came from the my order to Successories. So far 4 unknowns have attempted $695.70, only charges totalling $111.93 have been successful, because my card company declined them. I ordered at my own risk and paid for it.
