Though I did receive my complete order…
Though I did receive my complete order after a second ask, some third party scammer charges landed on the same card which was new and never used online previously. Although none of them are BBB affliated I tried to read through the privacy policy, but it had so much ambiguity about third parties, I'm sure it came from the my order to Successories. So far 4 unknowns have attempted $695.70, only charges totalling $111.93 have been successful, because my card company declined them. I ordered at my own risk and paid for it.

We have no evidence that your card information was compromised through our systems, and unfortunately, fraudulent activity can originate from many sources unrelated to a recent purchase.
While we understand why the timing raised concerns, we respectfully disagree with the conclusion that these charges originated from your order with us. We encourage anyone who suspects fraud to continue working closely with their card issuer, as you have done, to protect their account and investigate the source of the activity.

We thought the interactive sand trophy idea was perfect for our recipients. And our recipients did like them. There were quality issues with a couple of the name plaques, but replacements were sent quickly.

Beautiful clock, great quality, excellent gift!
We ordered this clock as a retirement gift and everything about it was great. The time it took from order to delivery was fast, and it was packaged very well. We were all very impressed with the quality of the clock and it was even nicer in person than we expected. The color of the wood is very rich, the clockworks are shiny and look very cool, and the time was already set! The engraving was very well done, too. All in all, we were pleased with this purchase and plan to use this company again for sure!

No Account management
No Account management
I am used to having someone who helps move the process along and ensures that deadlines are met. Instead, it seems that I did everything myself and when a proof approval email went into junk mail, I did not see it and had to reach out to see what was going on. Unfortunately, this caused us to miss our deadline and we didn't have the physical awards for the event. Very disappointing and I will not be using Successories in the future.

After reviewing the situation, we found that your event date was not captured on the order. Had we known the award was tied to a firm event deadline, our team would have proactively monitored the proof approval process and reached out when the approval remained outstanding. Unfortunately, because the proof approval email was routed to your junk folder and we were unaware of the event date, the urgency of the order was not apparent to our team.
That said, we take responsibility for not uncovering that critical information during the ordering process. A dedicated account representative should have helped ensure all key details, including event timing, were documented and managed proactively.
We regret that the awards were not in hand for your event and appreciate your feedback as we work to improve our processes and customer experience.
