Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manor. The design is great and was easy enough to build. The pre assembled kit came expertly wrapped and remained dry while it rained waiting for me to start the project. My only complaint would be that the canexal black nails were very rubbery and had a lot of kick back to them taking flight!

I purchased a Canmore 14x14 kit from Summerwood. It was an amazing project. The support team was amazing and answered every installation or drawing question quickly and with great concern for my understanding. The quality of the materials is outstanding and the value is excellent. I'm very pleased with the overall project.

For over 7 months I’ve had the amazing opportunity to start a major cabin project with the summerwood team. Extremely happy with our new Archer garage. From the start, the design team was happy to accommodate some customizations that were required to match heritage features of our home. There were no issues with permit approval either. During the build, the inspector regularly commented on the quality of materials and craftsmanship. We would have no hesitation about purchasing another structure from Summerwood.

We purchased our Summerwood cabin in about 2008 when our daughters were 14 and 11. We call it the "back house" and after many giggly sleepovers, and it becoming our TV room, our neighbors crowding it for Super Bowls - etc. we could not be more pleased. I'm writing today because after all this time, there was settling of the soil and we need a repair. I received two very pleasant responses ON A SATURDAY! Nuff said!!

My family and I are once again in the process of having another swimming pool built. Part of this build included Summerwood for a Cabana. We dealt with John Hickey their head designer who was curtious and patient while we went through numerous alterations and tweaks.
I come from a business where the hallmark of a great company is its customer service. It’s refreshing to find a business and a person who reflects a concept I hold so dear. ....first class!

The Summerwood experience for us was excellent . We designed what we needed with their well informed sales person and the delivery was prompt and efficient starting at 7:30 in the am and ending by 4:30 . They even upgraded the build with some of my supplied material including wire below and tar paper on the roof . Very nice crew .
I've turned it into a woodworking shop with custom built tables and benches and added heaters and full electrical services and have built 4 bedroom dressers and clothes cupboards for the bedroom , built a wood bin next to it and various other projects in the three years we've had it & it's my "Man Cave " to just sit back and listen to some tunes outside of the house . It's a perfect hideaway in 2020 .

The quality of the materials and workmanship exceeded my expectations. Under the weather conditions (snowing) the job was completed ahead of my schedule.

We are very happy with our new Boat house. It will be a little outdoor cottage. The design is beautiful and it looks very nice from the outside. The inside is easy to decorate and it smells like new wood. The planning, service and delivery worked out extremely well. The carpenters that put it together were nice people and genuinely interested in pleasing the customer. I recommended Summerwood Products to many of my friends. Big success and people friendly. Overall, an excellent experience. Very strong technical support, very complete building manual, terrific design on the Bala Bunkie.

Wonderful product, design experience, and support. I love how much you can customize it. I made an entire BNB guest house out of a shed model. Just expect the process to take many weeks.

Our experience with Summerwood Products was, for the most part, a positive one. We were professionally guided through the entire process. Their assembly crews were friendly and competent.
When the crew first arrived to assemble the gazebo, it was found that the foundation we had had installed was for the wrong size of a gazebo. Even though this was not Summerwood’s responsibility, they protected the components, which by now were stacked on my back lawn, from the weather and went away without much ado.
When the foundation pad was done, another crew returned and the assembly proceeded smoothly. It was interesting to watch. They were finished by mid-afternoon.
The October weather kept us from sealing our new gazebo right away. When we started we noted water stains on the ceiling. We took pictures of the stains and sent them in an email to Summerwood. A few weeks later they sent a tradesman to repair the ridge caps.
Our frequent communications with Summerwood were effective. They always responded in a friendly helpful manner. Now that our experience with Summerwood is over, we are feeling quite satisfied with our purchase. We will send a picture in the spring when everything is out in leaf and bloom.

Even for non-professionals like us, we were able to construct it!! Thanks to all the instructions provided and the pre-assembled unit parts. It was a great project!

We decided to change up our front and backyard this summer, especially given how the COVID-19 pandemic has been making everyone feel low, and added a cute new shed from Summerwood. The product looks great with adorable details on the window & flower box - just like how I wanted!

The two guys who came to install the shed were very nice and thorough - they arrived at the house very early in the morning and finished the work promptly.

We had to reschedule the installation date multiple times and the staff at Summerwood were super nice and understanding throughout the process. The shed was installed perfectly. I highly recommend their products and services to anyone who needs extra love and joy to their house! :)

Incredible service and quality!

We purchased the Bala Bunkie from Summerwood and are still in the process of assembling it. But our contractor does not stop complimenting the quality of the materials and the way it's put together. Summerwood's customer service has been excellent. In summary, we've had an amazing experience so far.
