Got my roof and roughcast done by this…
Got my roof and roughcast done by this company and they were honestly great. Really friendly guys and they explained everything in simple terms, which helped a lot. The work looks solid and they kept me updated the whole time. Really happy with how it all turned out — would definitely recommend them.

Roof Tile Repl
I found Summit Home Improvements an excellent company to use for replacing my roof tiles and the boards inside the loft of my house.
Cameron and Calum were very clear explaining what would be done and when and everything was well organised and ran smoothly
Cameron and Calum also made sure they cleaned up after the roof was completed and we're very friendly and professional nothing was too much trouble for them.
I would have no problem recommending Summit Home Improvements to anyone who needs their roof replacing
Thank you

New roof
A Reliable,honest and efficient contractor.
I have had a new roof on my house.
I received a very competitive quote
No upfront charges
I paid when the job was completed and that I was satisfied with the work before payment.
The work consisted of removal of old insulation and rooftiles.
New boarding, membrane, tile battens and roof tiles and vented rooftiles.
I was informed when materials, scaffold and labour were arriving.
There was a continuous flow with the work order.
When the job was completed, the tradesmen tidied up after them.
I was given a printed and pdf invoice and
Guarantee.
Any concerns were dealt with promptly.
I am happy with the finish.
This is why I give a 5 star review as a happy customer.
Thank you,Calum and Cameron for all your hard work
