do not buy from this company! I ordered on 22nd December and still havent received my order! despite being promised my order would be sent after after numerous emails and chasing the clothing still hasn't been sent!
I had to do a cc charge back to get my money back!!

Summit Workwear have just emailed us stating they are going into insolvency, we have lost our items and our refund was denied. We will continue to pursue through the bank for a refund. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.

Should be no stars. Had an email today after waiting since January for my order. They have finally admitted they have gone into insolvency and to contact your bank to get your money back. What an absolute joke!!! The email starts….. It is with a heavy heart- I doubt that very much!!!!

Scammers, still taking new payments whilst claiming there in liquidation. Won’t re fund my order made in Jan it’s now mid April…. Awful scammers

Ordered in November.
They told me they are closing down now in April. No refund. They want me to contact my bank and try and get a refund.

Facebook ads needs to take responsibility for scam ads.

Placed an order in Jan 2026, it’s now mid April and have still not received anything. No communication from them, you can only email and the response is a generic automated email. Avoid! It’s a scam. Don’t waste your money like we have.

SCAMMERS!! Do not use this website. They take your money and run and will not answer any emails or phone calls! Trading standards have been contacted. Will do everything in my power to make sure these guys are shut down absolute clowns

Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure in dealing with, ordered my package in November, now its April and still nothing, not once have I had any communication with regards to my order, just fobbed off with generic responses, I’d advise everyone in the same situation to do a chargeback with your bank before 120 days as that’s what I’ve had to resort to, terrible terrible company! AVOID!!

I ordered my clothes over 5 months ago and I still have not received my items. I paid £180 for a package and this was supposed to be my first batch of work clothes for my company. Absolutely appalling service I will never be using them again!!!!

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Ordered a bundle in September 2025, was told to expect my order in 15-20 days.

Dragged on for 6 months emails telling me my order would be dispatched at the end of January, then February, then early March, for them to email on the 26th March stating they can no longer fulfil my order having told me in January it had already gone into production!

Told by the company to contact my bank for a refund which now had been rejected because it’s over 120 days of me paying, ridiculous

Scam of a company

Ordered workwear in January. It is now April with no sign of my goods. Any email is met with a scripted response of "working hard to get your order ready". Told I could not cancel as my order is personalised, but pretty obvious my order has not been started. Absolute joke.

Placed an order in September 2025 and still waiting as today is the 9th April 2026. It’s going to be one year anniversary. This company should be investigated. I suspect they take orders and it’s made in China and shipped over to the UK. They respond to the email with a copy paste response every time when I chase the orders. Please avoid at any costs!

I placed an order on 14/09/2025 and, to this day, it has not been delivered. This is an unacceptable delay and a complete failure to provide the goods I paid for.

Despite chasing this multiple times, I’ve received nothing but generic, copy-and-paste responses with no real effort to resolve the issue. There has been no clear explanation, no accountability, and no delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within a reasonable timeframe. This has clearly not been met.

I am now formally requesting a full refund and will be pursuing further action if this is not resolved immediately. This includes initiating a chargeback and reporting the company to Trading Standards.

This has been an extremely poor experience from start to finish. I strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you’re prepared to lose both your time and your money.

This company should have a police investigation!! Taking orders and making the customer pay upfront. Don’t fulfil their timelines then cancel your order and refuse to give you a refund !!!! I’m currently taking legal proceedings against the company. Stay clear of this “ family run business “ !!!! They are ripping people off !!

I ordered on the 17th of January. It’s now the 4th of April. No sign of my order. No proofs been sent out which tells me it’s no where near being made. I was told 3 weeks ago I couldn’t have a refund due to T&Cs which which is fair enough. However they as a company shouldn’t be accepting orders if they are nearly a quarter of year behind on current orders.

Go elsewhere, get what you need on time.

I wouldn't even rate this company a 1 out of 5. I ordered work wear on the 25th November 2025 and still waiting. I chase every week just to be fobbed off by what looks like an AI bot. They have said I will get design proofs within 48hrs but still waiting. I would avoid at all costs!

Scammers and thieves targeting small businesses and not fulfilling the orders! We should go round to the Derbyshire address and have a word with them and get our money back!
