We have never had any big problems with any of our rentals. And, when we did have a problem, it was taken care of.
Everyone has been very helpful, the rentals have been nice and I really can’t say anything bad about our experiences.

First thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of mildew. Heat and Air Condition is set to 68* max for Heat and 70* min for Air. Cannot turn on unit fan for circulation. Had to call for a coffee pot, they did bring one over the first night so we would have coffee in the morning. Circuit breaker pops when Coffee pot, toaster, and microwave is turned on,(Hard to make breakfast). TV's are not easy to used and one had to be reprogramed by the repairman. Took three days for a repair man to show up to fix it. Then I was told it was my fault for unplugging the wires. I told the repairman I didn't touch anything except for the "two" remote controls. The TV's turn off automatic. I was told by the repair man that again it must be my fault. Makeup mirror in the master bedroom is barely hanging on the wall. The water spigot in master bath leaks all over the sink when turned on. The Oven is filthy, looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years. The cloth dryer over heats and turns off if used for two loads. After waiting for a 1/2 hour it turned on again. Window Screen in the master bed room is torn. Three beds plus the sofa bed, only one blanket. Only top sheet and the bedspread to cover up with. I won't recommend using the bed spread as a cover.

It was a very old unit and need of a good cleaning. Carpets and furniture were dirty, ripped lamp shades, and the smoke detector went off every time we used the toaster. Electric ice maker was broken too. I also had to clean the re fridge since there was a spill and no one previously clean it up. No washer and dryer in the unit either plus no elevator (Being a senior citizen this was an issue)
On the plus side, the pool was great and it was very quiet. Guest Services were very helpful too.

The units advertised are not available. When booking the "sunsational" you can not specify a specific unit. Customer service makes promises and doesn't fulfill them.

Sundance refuses to update the name on my account. I need my name updated on my account after going through a divorce. Every time I book a vacation, the wrong name is used and causes a lot of confusion.

Now staying at Liki Tiki Village in Winter Garden Florida. Accommodations are very nice, very clean & relaxing. Only complaint is music from pool area starts at 9am & goes nonstop til 830pm & the thumping bass is very loud. I can’t imagine someone with a small child who takes a nap during the day!

If you like to travel, this is a good opportunity to save on trips. They have nice accommodations with clean properties. We have used the vacations twice, at the same location. Villas at island club is a. Ice group of condos. We have enjoyed our stay each time.

Good place. Sometimes selections of places to go is more limited. Puerto plata good service. Friendly service

We took our first vacation with Sundance this past week setting up the vacation was a breeze it was so easy and the customer service was very friendly. The cottage we stayed it was absolutely gorgeous and the staff there were awesome!!!! I was a little nervous about taking the Sundance Vacation package because it was so expensive, and questioned was it worth it. My answer after taking my first vacation with it is YES!

At the meeting where we had purchased our Travel Advantage Network vacations from Sundance, I distinctly recall the man giving his spiel say "if you're looking for hotels we're not the place for you. We only do resorts".
Now, ask yourself this question: when you think of a "resort", do you think of paying for all your toiletries & daily necessities (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, batteries, cleaning products, trash bags, napkins, paper towels...)? How about doing all the same chores you do at your own home (or worse like washing towels & your clothing at a coin operated laundry room that is up a flight of stairs & down a lengthy hallway)? How about taking out your trash & having No cleaning or up keeping service? Does that all sound like a "resort"??
We have 6 kids, teenager to toddler. We were told we'd have the 2 units next to the playground and the teenager could fish the pond on the premises. Not only are no where near there, nor is there a full sidewalk there, we come to find out it's not even the same building within the "resort" grounds. As a matter of fact, what we're in is more like an old apartment building with actually residence! Pour teenager had to cross a 4 lane highway just to fish the pond d's on the other side of the highway because the ponds were posted not fishing.
To top it all off, the wall separating our 2 units is between the 2 master bedrooms & it is so thin we can clearly hear the phone conversations our son is having on the other side, so there is no privacy either!
This is to be our first vacation with Sundance vacations & it is the absolute worst I've ever been on as far as the "resort" portion goes. Oh! & it would have been nice to know that the lazy river where the cool little water park is, is closed for the season! We have to walk our kids down to the other building to swim at their pools. Imagine walking 5 Littles through goose poop covered lawns to & from pools all wet & shivering, then having to use those same towels to dry off with after their showers. The fitness center, which is also at the other buildings, is closed for the entire week (not to our knowledge til we got here) for...??? My husband & teenage son had to get a week membership with the local gym! "Resort"??? Ha! A motel would have been better!

False advertisement! Made the presentation sound good but it’s totally opposite

Love Sundance Vacations! Have no regrets purchasing our plan seven years ago.

We like Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. The condo we stayed in was not as clean as it should have been. Mattresses on some of the beds were terrible. Some drawers had no handles. The other condos I reserved were much better.

Can only book six months out. Should be able to book 12 to 18 months out. Calendars only show 6 months.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit in Pacifico. The location is great. Communication with staff prior to arrival was challenging. Responses to questions took weeks of repeated emails. In fact I am still waiting for a response to my inquiry about a cash discount that was offered for a fishing trip we booked through GIM.
The unit needed a deep clean as well as new furniture. The dining table was very wobbly. The living room chairs were not comfortable at all.
We liked the property, the pools, the location.

We were happy with our accommodations. Staff and security were very friendly.

The room was ok. It was a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The kitchen had only 4 of each utensil and only 2 tall drinking glasses...some of the pots and pans were in rough shape.

The sofa bed was in very rough shape...not the most comfortable for people to sleep on....we are a family of 4 and two people had to sleep on it. The springs were pushing into your back, etc.

We were expecting higher quality based on the "sales pitch" presented to us by Sundance. It was ok but we were certainly not WOWED by the experience, as sold to us.
