It was nice and quite. However, A TV in the master bedroom would had been better. We spend the time we were inside watching cartoons because there was only one TV.

Love the location. Condo needs to be updated a bit.

Toilet clogged on day one called for repair and was accused of putting paper towels in the toilet. It was like that when we received the unit. Dryer didn't work and the unit only had 4 wash clothes and 4 towels, for 4 people. Who does that? unless you have house keeping services everyday. I had to go to the Laundromat for 2 days until the dryer was fixed. the bed in the master bedroom was so warped that I laid awake at night staring at the ceiling (where I also noted the smoke detector had no battery)because I could not get comfortable. I will say that it was a beautiful condo and very nicely decorated, however this was my first time using the timeshare and I will tell you it has left a nasty taste in my mouth.

Beautiful property with many ammenities and benefits. Only issue is not enough towels, beds were not changed when housekeeping came on Wednesday and never had pillow cases for master bedroom. Toilet paper and toiletries were not replenished.

This was my 1st Sundance Vacation so wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly suprised with Greenlinks Golf Villas at Lely Resort... very clean full kitchen, comfortable and spacious 2 bedrooms on a nicely maintained property. I had planned for a beach vacation... reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that all beaches were over 30 minutes away by car, more if there was traffic. Otherwise, very happy with accommodations and will return to Naples! :)

This is my 2nd time visiting the Island Club Villas in Kissimmee FL. This experience was marred by a few broken items within the condo along with simply outdated items.

The dryers button for the buzzer was broken and the entire time I dried my clothes I had to hear the buzzing. The mattress in the master bedroom is basically expired. There are permanent grooves in the mattress from a very overweight guest that resulted in sleepless nights during my entire visit. Additionally the bed was creaky and loose. So every time I entered the bed it creaked and groaned.

Lastly - The flatscreen television mounted in the master bedroom has volume control issues. The volume on the television is either extremely loud or barely audible. So watching television was a pain - I had to keep adjusting the volume to comfortable levels.

Have enjoyed all our vacations so far and anytime we had an issue re: air or heat they were resolved ASAP.

I gave 5 stars because we really felt welcomed and had an amazing vacation! The only issue we had was the keyless entry code not being correct however, I quickly contacted TAN and they expedited and remidied that issue right on the spot. We have recommended this company to all of our family and friends! Thank you TAN and please keep up the awesome Cutomer Service!

We had a great vacation! So much to do in Branson. The Resort was nice, we will definitely be back to this area-possibly this summer! We ran out of time to do all that we wanted to do.

great location... the view is amazing and close to the mountain for winter sports. The place was nicely decorated and comfortable. The only negative we could see is that there was some water damage caused by the unit above the condo. This was a minor blip on an otherwise beautiful getaway. We will definitely go back to this location!

Joy is awesome! She was on top of everything and worked hard to book a trip for 14. I enjoyed talking with her snd appreciate all of her hard work. I would definitely yse your company again!

Went on first vacation with company and the hotel didn’t met our standards. Also on our 2nd day there we had no hot water and after calling maintenance 4x and finally receiving a call back we were told that the office was closed and the property manager was two hours away but would be there. End of story, we were supposed to stay for 5 days but checked out on our 2nd day.

They should inspect the unit Pryor to make sure everything is ok

We absolutely LOVE the Landmark Resort and plan to come back many more times in our future!

The accommodations were nice like a perfect apartment four two to four people to live in, whish I could of stayed longer.

While vacationing whenever I have any questions or concerns they are very responsive and helpful.
