I’m very had mixed results with this place but more than bad. I reluctantly ordered 250mg ethylflu powder and they gave me 500mg. Perhaps they were getting me back for never coming through. Well thought I’d share my experience

Sunny has so far been thee BEST!
Sunny has so far been the most rewarding research team to work with. First off sunny runs ALOT by himself and works diligently to process, respond, and get your product out ASAP. The issue most people have is they have zero patience when your asking for a VERY SELECTIVE service most dont offer on a clearnet. Be patient with responses and if you fulfilled your end, he will undoubtedly fulfil his!

The prices are reasonable.
The quality is on par with what I expect from my research.
The response time to my emails or roughly within two days and if I don't hear back I just gently remind instead of threating or blasting to add unneeded stress. This man does excellent work across the board. And for my troubles even offered a free item during one time, so thanks.

Sunny is the man and my go to for research, Thanks for your time and service brother we appreciate you

I gave SS a chance after everything that happened around August and was pleasantly surprised.

It sincerely seems that they have pulled their act together. This review is also only based off of one order so do keep that in mind.

They have always come through for me even if it takes longer. They get bogged down so keep the site on the DL from dumbasses. They even fixed an order and made it right after we figured the issues. Have patience they pull through. They just redid their site too and it’s a great sign. Easy process super quality and on point.

Good product for research. Communication is slow. Always received an order. Waiting on orders to ship. They are taking forever. Afraid it might not come

Really should be 0 stars. They been selling their poison to my 17 year old. He has almost died and has seizures.
They won’t answer my emails. They should be put out of business. I work and had no idea he was ordering these til we found him on the floor foaming out his mouth. Selling to minors for profit. Disgusting!!!!! Evil!!!!!
Will be hiring a lawyer!

Just put in my 3rd order, last 2 were PERFECT. They were running low on FXE and 2F-DCK from the looks of it, otherwise I would have purchased more for this order for further research purposes :) for sure one of my all time favorite research chemical purveyors.

Gonna keep with these guys no matter what, they’ve always done right by me and their service is so amazingly quick it’s kinda unreal. Always receive my order in 3 days. So fast. Highly recommend.

They are constantly changing prices and manipulating them based on demand. They will randomly raise prices to 20-40% for no reason other than wanting to profit off demand. This is manipulative and highly dishonest to customers. I will no longer be referring anyone to them or recommending them; there are much nicer vendors with much better prices.

SS is no good. I went back to Toppetides. They are back with real chems finally.. forget Sunny. Go to Toppetides. Their bromo is off the chain now. Trust me..Thanks TP..

We have had issues lately due to staff misconduct, including New email is the same but @proton.me not the .com. Please provide information to fulfill your correct order, otherwise, it will go to an email no longer available/active. We apologize for the inconvenience but look forward to making things right as currently our order fulfillment has been unacceptable.

First order went great. 2nd order was shorted 3 grams odsmt. Receieved the bromaz i ordered however. No response to emails whatsoever. Send an email every 24 hours and still nothing just avoidance. Seemed like a good company but deff not when they won't even attempt to make things right or even attempt to reach out. Says they respond to emails they haven't responded to one of mine.

Placed an order and they kept it as payment pending and would not answer my emails even tho I had proof of payment. They change their banner on the homepage about shipping to make it look like they're doing good business but in reality they are SCAMMERS!

A particular mislabeled specimen has made the rounds recently, and, there's no word from this vendor either acknowledging their error, or outright responding to many people inquiring about their mistake.

All this vendor has done is remove the mislabeled specimen, and disregard communicating with clientele about the issue. This is a bad sign in my opinion, and demonstrates a priority for profit above research- and researcher safety.

Older reviews may have been representative, at the time, of a different experience. As of late, be comfortable with a loss of your funds (with nothing in return) and/or very poor client communication, if any. It's a shame, and a shame on this resource that this is how they've played the situation.

Exactly what was ordered

First order came fast though perhaps weak. Second order never shipped. Emails unprofessional in all caps, super vague. They keep saying a brief “okay” then ghost. Website update banner is lying about all orders shipping. Dozens of Redditors say they have been selectively scammed hundreds a piece. Hope this changes. They could have made thousands more via customer retention.

This company is amazing
Great products and excellent customer service. They can be busy and sometimes don't get back to you as fast as you would like, but they do get back to you. I recently had an order that got lost and they fixed the issue free of charge. Plus their solutions are on point. Thanks SSRS! 😊
