Cheated me. Order was lost in mail, they said they would reship and never did.
This company will not answer any…
This company will not answer any email's. I mean I only emailed because I only received half off my order. And yes I have video proof of the package being open.
If and when I get a email or an answer where the rest of my order is ill report back.

I was hoping my pack would arrive in a prompt and timely manner, but that hasn't been the case. i'm also highly dissapointed in customer service . I placed an order last Friday via express shipping. My pack wasn't dropped til tuesday and of course tracking indicated it won't arrive til this friday. So much for paying nearly $50 for "Express", priorty would come the next day. Also, not one person has responded to my inquiries, but i received multiple emails regarding new products. They have to time to advertise products, but not respond to my concerns about my order. They used to be on top of it

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced
Vendors website went down and assumed I got ripped off. Only had to wait two extra weeks and vendor sent over three times. What I ordered without me even asking. I just assumed I got ripped off. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

Had two good orders. Never sent last order, won't respond to emails to fix it... this was the beginning of January, still nothing. Haven't tried since them, since I never received my order or a response
The Best.... Until.....
They person who wrote the response saying they were great until the last order is the EXACT same thing that happened to me. I'd been ordering through sunnyside for months, no problems and even once they sent me the wrong thing and responded to my email right away within 24 hours and got the right order sent out too. My last order, everything seemed normal until the tracking number said it had been delivered to somewhere on the opposite side of the the country. I've emailed them probably 5-7 times since then trying to figure out what happen and hoping it was just a mistake and maybe my package would just show up but they havn't responded at all. I even finally just said please just email me and admit a mistake was made forgot the fact that I got screwed out of 200 dollars. Still nothing and I know for a fact by now they will never email me. I don't kno what happened but it sounds like they have scammed A LOT of people lately and it's truly a scam at this point not a mistake otherwise why not just answer my email. I even filed a claim with usps and they confirmed it was the wrong tracking adresss and there was nothing they could do. So in summary, AVOID SUNNYSIDE from now on, I hope karma catches up to them and honestly it looks like it might be if you look at they're website right now they are out of stock of like half the stuff they sell. Screw them. Thats crazy that the same EXACT thing happened to someone else, at least I can give up now and know for sure they scammed me.
Good until my last order-
I’ve placed several orders with them in the past but I recently placed a large order and didn’t get it. They sent me a tracking number but my package was sent to the wrong address. I have no idea who actually got it but know it was delivered last week. I gave them the correct address and the error was on their part but they won’t respond to emails. I’ve asked them to review my original order and then look at the tracking number they gave me so they can confirm that I provided the correct address but it was delivered to someone thousands of miles away from me. They haven’t responded. I’d feel a lot more comfortable ordering from them again if they would at least acknowledge they made a mistake and make some sort of attempt to reimburse me or give me credit.
3 priors went well, this one not so much.
I have had 3 prior orders that went really fast and smooth. I can agree with what the other guy is saying that I have the tracking number for my 4th but it hasn't been dropped off to USPS yet. He updated his website and said he had some personal issues. I'm just gonna assume things got a little hectic for him and everything will work out. I will update here with whatever happens, but based on my last 3 orders I'm giving 5 stars.
Update: he finally shipped my order after 3 days. I knew he would pull through.

Great company handles business very professional. I've since moved on to a few other merchants being as sunnyside no longer ships the products I keep in stock to NC anymore for some reason. Disappointed but if you live in a supported state you'll get your order every time never fails. Just read the state lists before ordering. Just sucks I had to move on to someone else after over a year of reliable service.
