Initially I had high hopes. Quick and easy to apply. I was then informed I would have to make 8 weekly payments until I receive my handset. I opted to just cancel and look elsewhere. Here’s where the trouble started.
They then took £40 out of my account and then started to take money on random days before my agreement was due to start. They said they cancelled my agreement yet carried on trying to take money a few times every day for different amounts. I had to block them in my banking app.
Their customer service is dreadful and will often not respond and when they do they send the same templates response. I am STILL fighting to get my money back.
They are crooks. Plan and simple.
AVOID!!!
