SCAM. Paid for book cutting boards in Nove/Dec for Xmas present. Followed up every month since. Initially recieved an immediate email apologising for the delays using Xmas. And saying they’d send a free Japanese knife with the order by way of apology for delay. 10 months later NOTHING don’t waste your money.

Fraudulant under sunaura. Placed an order for cutting boards that were never received. They took my payment.

SCAM!! Ordered the cutting boards, received confirmation but then, nothing. Tried to contact them numerous times but heard nothing back.

If I could give them a zero star, I would I have never received my order. I’ve tried to email several times have not got a replied back. This company is a scam. Do not order from them. You will not receive your product. They like to steal peoples money.

I'd have to give a 0 if it were possible. Ordered in Dec. 2025, currently May 2026. Never received it, never got a response from Sunshine Palace.

1 is even too high of a rating. I ordered these cutting boards back in November. Received one notice that it was shipped the end of December. Never received an update since. I have attempted to reach out on numerous occasions, to no avail. Customer service is, apparently, non- existent. A waste of money, obviously.

Fake company, they never sent my items! Ordered cutting boards in December and after multiple attempts to reach them with no response I have now (in March) given up on ever receiving my order. I am now working with my bank trying to get my money refunded 🤞

I cannot believe I thought this company was trustworthy. I ordered in December 2025 and emailed them in January 2026 asking regarding my purchase. The payment went through directly and I am unable to contact them at all. No delivery and no contact point - unable to track anything. Absolutely disgusted.

If I could give negative or no stars I would. Almost 3 months and no product. Tracking number bogus and no response from the company. Total scam.
