I researched. The sign is for several months and I kept coming back to this one. I truly love the three men LED sauna it is so relaxing. It’s very well built very easy to put together and everything is wonderful about it.

We were unsure of exactly what we needed and the size. The owner actually came over to inspect and offer solutions. Since this install was for a condo complex there were many factors to consider -- commercial rated, etc. We couldn't be happier with the unit and hopefully it will last as long as the last one--50 years.

The entire process from ordering to delivery was a quick and smooth process. Wes from Sun Valley Saunas was excellent with customer service. The assembly was also easy, taking my husband about 40 minutes! Highly recommend ordering from Sun Valley Saunas!

Sun Valley Saunas has always provided me with great customer service. When you call you talk to a real person and a real person responds to email. The saunas are great but what is really important is the people behind them!

The unit did not go together upon the first three assemblies. Not happy the statement that it was assembled before shipment. I find that hard to believe. So had to contact company after my evaluation and conferred with person on phone. They did send a solution which was exact as my deduction. Have not tried to assemble again. Wore out. I would not ever buy from company again. Miserable experience. FYI instructions are horrible not enough detail or even the possible solution for the issues with my sauna. Best of luck. If the solution does not work not sure what I will do.

Wes was great to consult with on the right sauna for me to purchase. He provided unbiased opinions and told me what it was work spending money on, and where not to! Having a 10 year warranty and a live, responsive person to talk to should I need it, is awesome! Sun Valley Saunas is awesome to deal with. Highly recommend them.

After doing a lot of research and watching a lot of videos, I decided to purchase this three person, hemlock wood, full spectrum, low EMF sauna. Two people fit comfortably, three would be a bit tight. I’m 5’ 9” and I can stand up inside. There’s enough room to put your feet up across the bench or sit comfortably with plenty of leg room and listen to a playlist. I’m very sensitive to smell. This sauna has a very light, barely noticeable wood scent. I’d suggest to leave the door open after each session. My sauna is in a finished basement that is about 63° year round. It takes about 45 minutes to reach 140°. Although, it’s warm enough after 30. There are no cold spots. Absolutely love this sauna and highly recommend. Sun Valley suggested the full spectrum since my basement is on the cooler side. So happy I did! It took two people about an hour to bring it from the garage to the basement, put it together and clean everything up. Fairly simple. I highly recommend this sauna and the people at Sun Valley were so patient and helpful. Delivery was fast and easy.

Great customer service. Delivery was right on schedule and accommodating to tough weather circumstances. Setup was easier than anticipated. Did it sole in about an hour and a half. Unit works like a charm. 5 stars all around!

I purchased the Harvia Vega Compact 1.9 KW stove from Sun Valley Saunas. I thought Harvia was a good brand and known to be dependable. But this stove would not heat the sauna above 130F. The sensors needed to be adjusted to get this stove to work properly.
While I believe this stove has some design flaws, Wes did his best to ensure I got it up and running and followed up to make sure I was happy with the stove.
