Simply put, I bought something, they sent something else, blamed their supplier and refused to make it right.
I've been reluctant to leave a review in the hope that they'll sort something out, but it's been 2 weeks since I last heard from them and I'm starting to believe I'm not going to hear from them again.
So here's the story. I bought a SUP package advertised as coming with a carbon paddle. I've broken a number of aluminium ones before which is why I went for carbon. More expensive but stronger so worth it.
When it arrived, they'd sent the weaker, cheaper, aluminium one instead. When I queried this they admitted their mistake but it took them 7 weeks, 7!!, to decide not to send me the paddle I'd paid for. To be fair to them, they did give me fairly regular updates that noone was making a decision, but that didnt really help.
They eventually said their supplier had no remaining stock so wouldn't send one. I asked to source one from a different supplier and they ignored that. They offered me a £10 refund as goodwill. Which was neither goodwill nor anywhere near the price difference between the two types of paddle. After I mentioned this they did then change their offer to £30, but it still doesn't come close. They also told me the description of the product would be updated, which never happend, and then, that the product would be removed from their website, which, as of today, has also not happened.
Now it's over 10 weeks since I sent details of what arrived! The summer has gone, I'm still without the paddle I bought, and communications seem to have ceased.
These guys are probably fine retailer when things go well, a lot of folk seem to think so, but if there's a problem with anything don't expect them to sort it. They're just not interested.

We've had great service from SUP Warehouse the paddleboard set is great my husband loves it's he said the board is fantastic it's just him that let's it down falling off 😀 highly recommend using this company

Bought a sup board from here. It was reduced from nearly £600 to just under £300 sadly I bumped into someone who bought the same board three years earlier for the same price. My bargain wasn’t so much of a bargain as I thought it was
Within a month of using the board, a handful of times I have had issues with it. The fin broke, The pump broke, and now the paddle feels like it’s going to disintegrate. The quality of this board doesn’t compare with friends who have or tidal rave boards.
I do not recommend Sampire boards.

Terrible, awful, the worst customer service.
If you are unfortunate to encounter an issue with any item that you order from this website, then brace yourself for a very long, slow, costly and frustrating journey!
If you’re lucky that the items arrive in great condition and are suitable for your needs, then you’ll be ok! But please just be aware that if you do need to contact them (email only, no telephone contact number, takes them minimum of 3 days to reply at best, short replies where there have not read the email and have not answered the question in your email, therefore leading to you having to reply with a repeat email and then the same thing happens again!) Please think twice before ordering from them.

My purchase was shipped quickly and I love the paddle board! I had a couple of minor issues after the first use, and the customer service I received was efficient and polite - they resolved the issue brilliantly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!

Die Bestellung wurde in genau dem angegebenen Zeitraum geliefert und das sogar ohne sichtbare Beschädigungen des Kartons.
Nur bei dem Reißverschluss der Transporttasche waren die Ziehlaschen abgebrochen. Da trotzdem alles super funktioniert, ist für mich alles in Ordnung.

Wir haben das neue Sup ausprobiert und es hält was es verspricht. Anfangs war ich mir beim Kauf nicht sicher, weil es so günstig war. Aber ich kann es empfehlen.

Paid for a paddleboard, had estimated delivery of the 1st - 5th. Wasn’t delivered so I’ve been waiting over a month so far so emailed and they said it would be dispatched on the 16th. It’s now the 14th and the delivery date has been extended to the 22nd. They just change the delivery date whenever they want. No contact from the company either with any details I’ve had to email them. The company doesn’t send out anything other than “thanks for your order”. Just be advised if you would like a paddle board in time for summer it’s better to order somewhere else.

I ordered an item with plenty of time before christmas. Ended up having to chase it by email. Only to be told they have actually oversold that item and have no stock left so they are cancelling my order.
I understand these things happen, but shoulld have been flagged after the order was placed, not two weeks later and just before Christmas.
