We brought two beds from this company and i can tell you the quality of the beds was excellent and all brand new, The customer service was amazing and very happy with them - will buy from them again in the future : )
We ordered a musk coloured super king ottoman bed two months ago. The bed arrived within seven days, and the service was great, with regular updates and delivery reminders. The delivery team were quick, friendly and the bed frame itself is great, with plenty of storage space.
Unfortunately, the mattress is firmer than I expected and has taken some getting used to, as I have experienced some backaches. However, this is down to my personal comfort preference and is no fault of the company. In hindsight, I should have tried the mattress in person before purchasing it online.
Overall, I am very happy with the bed frame, the delivery and the excellent customer service. I would highly recommend the company and would simply advise others to try the mattress beforehand to ensure it suits their personal preferences.
Bought a bed from superbeds, perfect bed, really easy instructions, easy to assemble, looks and feels lovely, very sturdy, amazing delivery service, my children really love the bed, the mattresses are really comfortable, thanks super beds will recommend you to friends and family.
