Strange how they offer higher RTP but pay out less than bigger companies with lower.
My guess is they have 20 sister sites and their customer turnover is so high because of poor payouts they keep making new bookies to rope old customers in they lost from their other sites.

Its defo a legit site. I topped up £50 and played about 2 hours on slots. Cashed out £650. Money was in my bank within 12 hours.

I have made a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable and deeply unprofessional conduct their customer service team. Earlier today, I deposited £180 into my account with the intention of placing bets. After placing several bets, I discovered—without any prior notification—that my account had been restricted to one forecast bet per race. At no point was this limitation communicated to me, either before or after my deposit.

Upon identifying this issue, I contacted the customer services team and made it clear that, had I been aware of this restriction, I would not have deposited funds or placed any bets. I therefore requested a full refund of my £180 deposit.

Rather than addressing my complaint appropriately, I was abruptly removed from the site during this interaction. This is entirely unacceptable and falls far below any reasonable standard of customer service.

I wasted £200 on slots tonight ranging from 10p ro £1 spins and not 1 bonus round self excluded better sites to play. Not even a sniff of a win. Totally fixed.

This company is the worst bookmaker I have ever used in my entire time gambling. They don’t take bets of more than £100 without referring them to a trader, who then offers a completely different price to the one initially stated. Once you start winning, they begin restricting your bets. Typical scumbag bookmakers who only want people betting £5 or £10. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I bet several times using Meta Bet, they advertise WhatsApp betting as their preferred way of betting. 30/40 or more bets I placed I had to send the screenshot at least twice, then shock horror when a bet comes in they claim they didn’t see the screenshot.

I have fortunately saved my screenshots also on WhatsApp you have the ability to see if they message has been “delivered” which mine had, poor experience overall. Their systems are simply not cut out for WhatsApp betting and they a conning people out of honest winnings.

Avoid and use normal betting sites.

Just awful. I provided all my details and and you literally cannot join the site. There’s no login. No landing page. Such a poor user experience. I’ve binned them off without placing a single bet. Avoid.
