Superchips Avis 

My car was remapped by SuperChips. Michael was the technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable during the whole process and before as I had to reschedule a few times due to my work schedule.

Michael confirmed the appointment the day before via text. On the day of the appontment; he informed me of his ETA about an hour before, kept me updated as he traveled to me and called when he was outside. Before he started work he asked if I had any questions and answered them, then explained what he was going to do and why he was doing it that way (removing the ECU vs using ODB2 connector). When doing the work he knew exactly where everything was in my engine bay and the whole process took less than 30mins. Then he made sure the car wasn't giving any fault codes and asked me to take it for a test drive and everything was as expected. Overall it was a very professional and swift service and I would definitely recommend it and have it done again if I change cars.

It's almost been 3 weeks now daily driving the car and I don't have any issues to report (hopefully it stays that way). Thank you Michael.

Communication on the day was excellent. Michael was extremely polite and professional. I am extremely happy with the remap on my VW Golf TDI.

The fitter Michael arrived on time on the planned day, good Comms throughout, answered all of my questions relating to the remap & the removal of carbon to the engine. All took about 1 hour, my F20 1 series 116D is now much more responsive & the torque is great!

I didn't like it at all, the technician came, put the tester in, checked for half an hour, told me that the control unit wouldn't let him do the mapping and asked me for the 65 pounds for the call and left without offering a variant for my car, I paid because I don't like to cause problems but if it was a serious company he shouldn't have asked for anything

A mix up in calendar dates was quickly sorted out and Liam from remapkings came to my house to work on the car. My wife dealt with Liam and we also spoke on the phone, he was very friendly, helpful and thorough on explaining diagnostics and the information needed to take care of the car.
After driving the car now it feels like a completely different car, no latency, much faster and the power is just there when you want it. For the price it’s changed my CLA from a car I didn’t really enjoy driving to something I can really have fun with. Would highly reccomend.

Simon arrived promptly on time and with no fuss at all, and before I knew it, had completed the remap. Has totally transformed the car, torque is excellent midrange and mpg seems better as well. Would highly recommend.

I strongly recommend this company. Their representative Simon Johnson delivered an excellent service. He kept me informed of his estimated time of arrival throughout the day. On arrival he guided me through what he was going to do and roughly how long it would take. We then test drove my car once the work had been completed to check I was satisfied. Also, recommended I contact the company if I have any problems once he had left. Efficient, courteous and excellent value re price.

Absolutely lovely bloke talked me through the whole process step by step.....
Neither of us could of predicted the problems we encountered but Michael didn't just give up
He was professional and polite and also apologetic even though it was not his fault that my car didn't like the file he was trying to put on
So after trying a few different things he finally got it working and I now have the stage 1 map
Throughout the whole process Michael kept me updated even for the smallest of things
I'm definitely going to be using them again in the future

Michael was brilliant, very chatty made sure the car was running perfect before he left. And it is still running perfect after the module was fitted. 10/10 would definitely do it again with him on my next car

Useless online booking system. Completed everything online, selected date and paid in full. Was texted the next day to say that no times available. BUT when I did rebook the technician was excellent, prompt, professional and communicative. The difference it has made to my vehicle is huge. Great value and I have recommended to several friends already.
