I found Eva very helpful, as i needed the information very quickly, as i was going to board the plane in a few hours, and she sent it to me extremely quickly. A pleasant young lady.

Stuart was very helpful and patient. He was able to provide me the information that I required for my upcoming holiday.

I haven’t been on the trip that I have booked with Super Escapes yet. However, a gentleman called Benjamin, who took our booking, upgraded our room as a complimentary gesture, as our booking was for a special occasion.
Also I had to email with questions about our booking, and a member of staff called Rebecka was very quick to respond and helped me with everything I asked for. The customer service has been exemplary so far.

Stuart was very helpful in arranging all aspects of my holiday in Malta.

We had a bad experience with our holiday in November 25 and complained. Over a period of 5 weeks I was contacted once, if not twice a day, trying to push me into a lesser amount of compensation. We agreed on £50 (ridiculous) but I just wanted it all to stop.
I've heard nothing, surprisingly! Ive contacted the company many many times but nothing! Ive given up, as they expected mecto do I'm sure
So, if your holiday goes without a hitch, fine.
If not, and you complain, expect to be in it for the long haul 😡

Stuart dealt with the API details and advised that the boarding passes would be sent to me 24 hours before departure. His service was polite and proficient

The Customer service staff all have been very helpful, especially Eva who helped me with a query today.

I was unable to check in on the Ryanair App,so I emailed Super Escapes and they sent me an email stating that they had checked my partner and I on the Ryanair App,and Luke kindly told me what I needed to do to check in on the return flight back home.I was most impressed with the service,and the fact I was able to talk to a human instead of the awful bots that struggle to understand anything unless it is a standard request.Well done to Luke and his team.

Staff is helpful to a certain level. However could not answer some questions which would have been helpful.

Dylan was very helpful and able to answer my query efficiently and politely.

Super Escapes is one of the few companies you can speak to someone with ease. Deane has just helped us to upgrade our flight to Istanbul without any hassle. A very polite and helpful person
