A barrage of lies after lies from this company, was told a part refund would be in my bank within two weeks. Did it arrive in my bank No it didn’t. So a week later I asked again, was told via email “Please be advised that we have already process the refund and it will be reflected to your account soon”
Nothing for yet another week so emailed again
“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand that you haven't received your refund, and we will immediately check with our accounts department on high priority. Additionally, we will inform our supervisor to ensure this matter is addressed promptly”
10 days after I got this still nothing. So again I asked and got the same response as above like for like.
Then a week later I get told “Please be advised that refund has already been process and it has been rejected by the bank and we are currently checking with account department and we are currently investigating this matter with our bank”
Quick enough to take your money but that’s it, the original advert was a “sprat to catch a mackerel” the holiday didn’t even exist. Lots of upselling after I paid in full, upgraded the room, upgraded to full board..constantly on the phone, but any issues after I’ve paid nothing..

Easy to deal with, Neil was polite and helpful. All details taken with ease and quick process.

I have already reviewed HolidayBuzz once but after remembering the whole experience, it has awoken the rage once more.
They basically charged us £700 for upgrading a room in New York, taxi transport from the airport (both ways) and a birthday cake.
The room was small with a view of some building but no Empire State or Chrysler view and if it was an upgrade, the original room must have been a matchbox.
One taxi ride was good, from the airport, but the taxi never showed for the return journey and we ended up paying another £80 to make our own way there. The hotel knew nothing about a birthday cake. We ended up getting £20 back for that from HolidayBuzz and an offer of a £50 voucher off our next booking with them, and you can imagine what I suggested they can do with that! Use them at your own risk.

Do not book through these clowns

Paid extra for a champagne, strawberries and chocolates package for a birthday celebration 3 days after we arrived. When I had paid they advised that the hotel didn’t do champagne but we would be given a good bottle of something similar. Our flight was delayed, the transport for transfers kept us waiting for 50 mins at the airport in extreme heat and when we arrived at the hotel at 1am they advised me the champagne package was in the room. I told them it was for a birthday in 3 days and it we didn’t want it at 1am when we were shattered, the lady in reception just shrugged her shoulders. The strawberries clearly had been sitting there all day so I threw them and advised reception and holiday buzz that the bottle wasn’t acceptable for the Amount I paid (it was a 4 euro bottle which we could purchase ourselves from the supermarket across the road) Holiday buzz have failed to do anything about it. Had so many other issues with this company my advice is book elsewhere.
