Honestly id leave zero stars if possible. I have been waiting on a refund for £150 for over 2 weeks now. I have emailed 8 or 9 times with no repsonse. There is no other way to contact them and the only response to any email is the same automated nonsense "thanks for your email, we have recieved it" never had such bad online customer service ever before

This company is like Jeckyll and Hyde. Your first order with them is treated like your the only customer that matters to them. Customer service, delivery information and tracking details are brilliant but place a second order and what a difference.
I placed an order on 07/04/2026 for a case and bow lubricant but have received nothing. They took the money out my bank account and to date have not contacted me with any information regarding the delay with my delivery. I have sent 4 emails to them which have only been responded to by an automated response service. I have even used the message portal on their website, but again nothing.
I have informed them I have a family member who works with trading standards and would be looking into this matter but again nothing from superguns UK in response.
Today I sent another email to inform them that I will be reporting this to the police and banking authorities for theft and fraud because they have broken the customer contract. As soon as you place an order and money is removed from your account you enter a contract with the company selling you the products. The company must supply you with the products within the time stated and in perfect condition. If a delay is expected then the company must inform the customer right away with a new time of delivery and an apology. If this deadline is missed then the company must offer the customer a full explanation of what is happening and offer the customer a full refund or ask if they wish to continue to wait for the products to arrive but with a new deadline in place.
Superguns UK have done none of this, they have ignored my emails, not supplied any reason for such a delay and have not offered me a refund.
I will not stop pursuing this company and will travel to Wales where they are based and speak with them face to face. I will place it into the hands of the police, banking authorities and trading standards at this time and see what happens.
My advice to people is stay far away from this company as they are a scam operation and steal money from people. There is better companies out there that have better prices also. Stay far away from this company, it will cost you more in the long term. 🤠🤠🤠👹👹👹🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬♿♿♿🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Ordered a crossbow on Tuesday, supposedly a 1-2 day delivery. When it came to Thursday and my package still had not even been dispatched, I wrote an email. It then took 2 days for a reply just to say the item was out of stock even though it said it was in stock on the website. They then said I can exchange my item for a very similar item and that it will be dispatched the next day. I wrote back accepting this offer, only for it to have still not been dispatched and my email ignored. Im still waiting on a response and details for my package. My order number is #13603 if they see this.

Tbf the item i ordered was delivered exceptional quick,cant moan about that,my problem is that I immediately tryd to cancel order by email, no reply, so was delivered, have been trying to return for 2 weeks now and no joy,asked to return, one reply saying has item been opened, I reply no,and thats it!!!feel im being ignored as they don't want it back,unacceptable considering I tryd to cancel straight away and I haven't even opened the bag it was delivered in,totally unacceptable and poor service, will never use again and definitely don't recommend!!!!
