I am extremely dissatisfied with both Bolt and its support team. The experience has been very disappointing.

The promises made during the initial presentation to encourage agencies to get appointed were completely different from what was actually delivered. The reality did not match the expectations that were set.

Whenever I reached out for clarification, the responses either did not make sense.

Overall, my experience with Bolt has been disappointing. I expected transparency, clear communication, and support, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.

2-3 hours for a insurance quote for a customer sitting in my office is unacceptable.

Tooo slow As a raptor and not very friendly and no clear insurrections to bind quote

Miscommunication. I ask the service members to do one thing and they do the opposite.

Kevin did super job to help my agency on-boarding process. I am very satisfied.

I am delighted to have a market for various things.

I do need help with homeowner coverage- So far I have not seen evidence that I can sell policies for homes and mobile homes in my vicinity. I tried to get an offer for my home as a starter. They gave an estimate; but no assurance that I can bind in my neighborhood.

Danielle was great. I'm extremely busy as a new agent, and she made the process quick, easy, and to the point. That is what I look for in partners.

Samantha Zace made the onboarding process seamless and quick. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently and very clearly.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Bolt platform. More times than not, the system is extremely slow and even the simplest changes to a quote can take a long time to process. In many cases, I request a quote and it takes hours to receive an update.

However, I want to highlight that Monique was fast, efficient, and very helpful in assisting me with getting a customer’s commercial auto quote completed. Her responsiveness made the process much smoother despite the platform delays.

They are not even half as good as they promise. Their platform access stops working abruptly. And right then their sales rep and customer support also vanish. No response to phone calls or emails. When the platform is actually working, their quotes are rarely close to the current quotes customers have. Absolute waste. I would rather suggest First Connect.

I like it that the underwriters got back to me promptly, with the answers I needed. Very helpful for new agents.

Not all representatives of Bolt have always been helpful, but Jessi was quick and on point. Glad she took my call today!
