Decent basic credit check but verify income yourself
Sure would be nice if income on your report was actual (instead of self reported) PERSONALLY I BELIEVE YALL SHOULD DISCLOSE, VERY CLEARLY, THAT INCOME IS SELF REPORTED
Employment history would be helpful to make sure the potential tenants can actually afford rent by keeping their job more than 2-3 months

Hi, Terese! Thank you for your feedback. We do disclose that the income is provided by the applicant. When you go in to the overview of your screening, just below the income vs rent calculator, you'll see the income. If you hover over that income, it lets you know where that's coming from. We designed it in that way to make sure that you know exactly where each piece of information is coming from.
For employment history, TransUnion does provide employment history that is reported to them. If it's not reported, it won't be available. If you're looking for a reference check, we do provide that. That is included in the $65 level report.

Hi
I am a realtor who has been using your platform for years. I usually paid for my tenants' credit report, background and eviction reports. I was supposed to get 1 free credit report but that was not the case. I called your office multiple times and NO answer. At the end I ended up paying the full price for 2 .

Hi, Victor! Looking at your account, I show that you ordered two Credit+Criminal+Eviction level reports. Your free report is a Credit Only report (that comes with a free Criminal Report for you). I do show that you received your Realtor discount for those orders and that you still have a free Credit Only report available in your account. You'll just need to choose the report type covered by the coupon. It doesn't look like you paid full price for those.
