Need to add more features less ai
Need to add more features, like showing what actual account info , with last 4 of account ect , so member can see which sources are for payments and receive. Should not be hard to do .
Make it easier for prospective tenants to do the portal . Some leads vanish when challenged at your site .
As a landlord I need less complications and even a human voice occasionally. Robots are a turn off for most people .

User-friendly platform with helpful features
User-friendly platform offering many features. I like being able to customize the applications and appreciate the option for the applicant to directly pay for the background/credit check very useful.

To include an eviction report in that screening you would need to choose the Credit+Criminal+Eviction option from the Select Report dropdown on the order form. Ease of use / protected personal information
The ease of use without having to input protected information is the reason I find Landlord Station a valuable tenant screening tool. Also, the quick return of reports makes decision-making quicker which allows me to fill vacancies as quickly as possible. Great tool!

Good Response
Unfortunately, there were mix-ups from information provided by potential tenant. LandlordStation was very good and responsive to resolving these issues.
