The colour i picked in the photos and what arrived was way off..
trying to get hold of someone for a return them, was just about impossible..
having to up load photos of your hair extension before you can return them is ridiculous..
i gave up on customer service in the end and sent them back, and hope for the best i get my money back..grrr
