No refund, broken promises
I worked with SuperlightingLED on a project. I used their in house soldering srrvice as I had continually had issues with soldering I did myself. After installing the light strips that the company had made for me I found that many did not work out of the box and a few even fell apart during their first use.
I spoke with SuperLightingLED a out ehat the issue could have been and they wanted video, pictures, etc. So that their "engineer" could determine the problem. After about 2 months of back and forth SuperLightingLED told me I should just do my own soldering.
I then asked for a refund which was never issued. I have sank a lot of koeny into this companies products and maybe that was my own shunk cost fallacy getting the better of me. However, me and my plumber friend were able to home solder better than this company and we were able to figure out our own issues.
As of now I have not been refunded the price of the project nor the cost of the soldering service that failed almost out of the box.

SLL helped me pick the right products for my DIY project, which looked so great all finished that I decided to expand the lighting area. The "warm white" was exactly what I wanted. When I came back to make another purchase, they were very quickly communicative about an out of stock item and helpfully gave me many options for how to proceed.

Everything I needed in one place
Managed to find everything I was looking for with SuperLighting LED, where other suppliers only offered a few items. Now the special build I’m working on can go ahead exactly as I imagined it. Customer service was super prompt and communicative.

SuperlightingLED customer support was…
SuperlightingLED customer support was very helpful, patient, and prompt! While I did have a lot of detailed questions for my application and it did require multiple emails to get everything answered, I do realize the challenges of communicating through email and likely second language English with their expert Chinese support personnel. Patience paid off and I am very satisfied with the knowledge I gained from their support folks and their website AND I am very satisfied with the product I received!

Great service, hard to compare options.
The company representatives were very helpful in guiding me and answering my questions! The only downside I had in using the website was because of the overwhelming amount of products, and the inability to save/favorite any of them for easy comparison or future reference.

Odd situation but in the end, all good
I had to make a specific order for some ip67 rated led strip and diffuser to assemble myself. The communication was clear and quick and went well.
Once I got the invoice, our company paid it full, but we were told that about 55€ was missing.
Were did these 55€ went? I don't know but after a lot of back and forth of us asking "well what happened then because we got debited" and them answering "please pay", I tried to simply cancel the order.
I thought that would be the end of it but I received their answer that they will in fact send the product even with this minor issue. Couple of weeks later, I received everything I ordered, it was very well packed and everything works as intended. Odd situation but in the end, all good

SuperLightingLED is the best LED company on the internet!
The people at SuperLightingLED were very helpful in guiding me to the correct solution for my project. I would highly recommend using this company for any LED lighting needs.
I was looking for a fully programmable, fully addressable, WiFi enabled, 120ft waterproof/outdoor light rope to surround my pool. I had no idea where to start. I had no idea where to go. I reached out to several LED companies on the internet and each one turned down the project, telling me that it wasn't possible.
I found SuperLightingLED through one of my many Google searches. When I reached out to their customer support, I was greeted with a very welcoming "YES we can do that". I sent over my drawings and ideas and started to get to work with their support and sales staff..
The people at SuperLightingLED were very knowledgeable and never made me feel like I was in the wrong hands. I had ideas but didn't know how to ask for what I was envisioning in my head. They were very patient and spent weeks going back and forth making suggestions, helping me design my rope.
In the end what they created was exactly what I was hoping it would be and more! They helped me understand how LED lighting works, why you need to inject power into longer stands of lighting, which controller would be best for my application, and answered every question I sent to them.
The shipping and payment processes seemed a little strange to me at first, but I trusted the process and things went very smoothly and without any delay.
I almost never leave reviews for products or companies. The people at SuperLightingLED deserve the praise. They did an amazing job and I will be back again for all of my future LED lighting projects!

Customer service is... uh... bad
I purchased several of their high-quality COB strips. The light from them was decent, but they are nearly impossible to solder. The space between the copper pads is 10 microns! I solder professionally, and I think I only successfully wired one out of many tries. When I brought up these design flaws, they updated their website to show them and told me I should have read the product page. When I asked for a refund, they said they would have to retroactively charge me for shipping, so I would only get a partial refund. Then they offered me to try another type of strip, so I agreed as this has taken over a month already. I sent them the model of the strip I wanted and they told me to order it from their website. I can only speak to one of their products but their customer service is very difficult.

Unlike standard strips where solder joints are visible, this model conceals them on the backside of the PCB. This approach maximizes aesthetic appeal and light performance by reducing scattering and reflection, thereby improving reliability. However, we fully acknowledge that this advanced design also makes hand-soldering exceptionally difficult, even for professionals, and we are sorry this was not made clear enough at the point of purchase.
