First of all, the amount of products and information is amazing for this store. Mike is solid gold!
I would advise you keep with him.
There was a slight issue, Daisy was nice but there was some confusion possibly with myself and Daisy. I emailed my requirements and I was given a list, after I chose from the list and made my order, I was told the controller that I was told to order, would not work with the light strip and that I would have to re-order a different controller, no biggie, but that coupled with the aluminum channel that I had to order triple of, because they could not break up the package(again told after I already ordered), shot up my order amount. Now they way that I was told to re-order then led me to not be able to get any discounts, (The math on the re-order was off, but only by a couple dollars, so I was not too worried about it). So after my package arrived, Mike was the man! He quickly answered my questions and emails and solved my issue. Unfortunately, again the controller that I originally wanted, was then finally gotten right and recommended by Mike. Now I will have two controllers, which isn't a big deal as I can probably use it, but again, if I had just talked with Mike from the git go, I would have been much happier and probably been able to get the discounts. Oh well, you live and learn. With all that said, I still would say that this is by far the best LED strip lighting company out there. From their LED aluminum channels, to their vast documentation, industry knowledge and actual LED products, you will not find anyone close!!!

The flexible plaster-in light channel is great. I had selected a very similar product from a company in the USA, but their lead time was 8 weeks, and their product cost literally 5x the cost of SuperlightingLED's price. With SuperlightingLED I didn't get the factory-bending that the American company offered, but it was easy to do ourselves.
Customer service - Daisy - answered my questions within 24 hours, and the product came in perfect condition in under a week.
One note: I would advise asking lots of questions to be sure that you're ordering exactly what you need. Daisy is helpful, and shipping isn't terribly costly. For me it was worth it to start by ordering some samples.

Superlightingled has a HUGE selection of LED strips and parts, and LED related equipment.
I was impressed to see how clear and transparent the website is regarding specifications, to help avoid any issue or incompatibility. They also provide wiring diagrams to make it easier.
If you have any question, Mike and Daisy from the support team do an amazing job at taking the time to help you.

I bought a slew of LED products for under-the-cabinet installation. The products arrived pretty fast and I found them to work flawlessly. I was happy that the company offered a number of videos to guide me through the installation process.
I also found the customer service to be extremely helpful and efficient.

I have been looking for LED lights for a while now. So many companies and so many questions. Well, I found the perfect one. They are a big supplier with everything you can imagine. You can DIY or they will have prebuilt I like wanted. The prices are great. The best thing is that they are so helpful. They know the answer to any question you might have and I had plenty. My chat agent was so kind and patient with me because I know so little. She had all the answers and responded immediately. I sure wish that all the companies I deal with were like these folks. My order is in and I am excited to get it. I would give this company a 10 star rating. Check this place out before you buy, you will be glad you did.

I had a fast, and simple checkout while shopping on the SuperlightingLed.com. The help of the chat room, plus the free shipping offer made the purchase worth while trying to get the perfect strips for my business. I definitely will be purchasing more weekly!!

BEWARE! Total scammers! Ordered an LED strip 65ft long. They contacted me (after I made purchase) saying they didn’t have the exact model and if I was ok with a lesser (cheaper) quality model with the same specs/feet only with a lesser light count. I regrettably agreed to receive the cheaper product. They charged me for the original order which was more expensive and did not credit me the difference. When I received the order, it was only 32 ft long and was missing components for the transformer. I Contacted them and they responded that they had checked with the factory and that everything was sent right according to the weight of the shipment. And that the led strip was indeed 65ft long. This was a lie! Because I had the box stating the weight and clearly showing that there was only 1 package sent with a 32ft long led strip. Sent them the pics and never heard back from them! They essentially stole $200 from me. BEWARE!!!! Don’t buy anything from these delinquents!

I ordered things that were on their website, but not actually available. They emailed back and forth with me until we had it resolved and shipped faster because of delays, without charging me extra.

Ordered 2 controllers and a Lighting strip from the Company. The strip arrived with dead LED's in the strip, and when I contacted customer support they first told me I must have been mistaken, and then when I provided photographs they immediately accused me of mishandling and installing it incorrectly.

Their product, customer service, and pricing is disappointing. Glad I paid 180$ CAD for 2 controllers and a Strip of SK6812 that I can't use.

SuperLightingLED was incredible from start to finish on my order!!

I was searching for an IP68 rated individually addressable LED strip to use for accent and holiday lights on my house. I first used the chat feature on their website to ask some questions. They answered my questions quickly and accurately every time. I then placed my order, and the next day they wrote me an email notifying me that the LED controller that I selected was not compatible with my LED strip. I was so appreciative that they scrutinized my order before shipping it all the way to the US!

Once we agreed upon a correct controller, they shipped my order out and I received it really fast. Keep in mind this was shipped all the way to the US, and this was in the middle of all of the supply chain issues the world is experiencing right now. Very impressive!

The box was packed nicely, and they had even already hooked up the LED strip, controller and power supply. So all I had to do was plug it into the wall!

I should note that I ordered a custom 9 meter long strip from them with an IP68 rating. IP68 means that they fill a silicone tube with some kind of clear epoxy. And it is super clear. You can't even tell that the epoxy is there. I am confident that these will last for many years on the front of my house.

Just finished installing our order outside as my Christmas lights. I was sure to put the ends well under the eaves where they will stay dry and away from the elements. I downloaded the app which was super easy. Set up was also quick and easy. Plug each end in and presto! Comes with 180 preloaded light sequences. It looked AWESOME!
Very bright and the various programs are entertaining to say the least. Everything about this set up was easy and straight forward. I could not have been happier or more satisfied.
