They have changed the formula. Why? It was perfect before. I've used it for years. Now I'm left with this horrible sticky feeling under my arm that never dries. It makes me feel like my pits are sweaty instead of nice and dry like it used to. Change it back sure!

Not impressed with the new sure maximum protection invisible cream, leaves you feeling sticky and uncomfortable, never drys, leaves clothes sticking to you even putting on as little as possible to avoid feeding horrible, I have been using sure for many years as I found it was best on the market for me but it lots like I'm gonna have to find something else. If I could I wouldn't even give it one star, very disappointed.

Would give zero stars if I could. An excellent product completely ruined, it will NOT dry, ever. Bought the new formula and am shocked by how awful it is. I threw it away as it’s so bad. Why did you fix a product that wasn’t broken?

Maximum protection was the best on the market. Quick drying, easy application, no sweat patches.
This new stuff NEVER DRYS. It just sits in your armpits like a damp flannel and leaves wet patches in all my clothes. The texture is gross, the feel is gross and the smell is actually not that bad. But why doesn't it dry?

You want to ask for your money back, waste of time 72 hours, more like 72 minutes !!!!!
Four hours after a brisk walk, and I cc ould smell the sweat.undery arms ! Don't bother it's absolutely useless !

Long rant:
I’ve been using Sure maximum protection paste for years, and they’ve now changed the formula! I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt as it was my favourite, the new packaging is nice as it holds more, but unless it changes back I will not be buying any more.
I am very much a sensory person and I hated aerosols which would powder and go everywhere, and roll on’s as they would feel damp and sticky for ages while not actually reducing sweat. Sure paste was my holy grail of quick drying, feeling dry all day, and leaving little to no residue on you or your clothes, it would literally feel like you didn’t put it on at all with all its benefits being a really strong antiperspirant. Now it feels like any other roll on that doesn’t dry for ages, sticky and damp, while also sticking to your clothes, leaves this crumbling residue, and no longer stops your sweat.
Again I first thought perhaps user error? Maybe I’m using to much, so I would try use where it barely came out the top I’m talking like a millimetre, and for a good few days, but no same results. For its cost and how good the formula was before to now being any other shitty roll on they seriously need to reduce the price, or better yet take notice of all the complaints and go back. Why did they change an already good thing!

Used to be head and shoulders above any other product.

New formulation horrid. Cold, wet and sticky when you put it on at night. God forbid if you forget and have to put on in the morning as it marks clothes terribly. And as it doesn’t seem to work as well in extreme temperatures I can see why they are halving the price. Although even that is expensive as it’s less than half as good.

Been using Sure for men for several years. Picked up a limited edition 2026 deodorant spray, and within a couple of days of use, got rashes under each armpit, which has never happened to me before. Very irritating…

Have to say won’t be using Sure again. Went online to see if anything changed in the ingredients or whether anyone else had problems recently…

They have changed the formula of the Maximum protection. It's more like a gel now rather than a cream and feels horribly sticky and takes ages to dry. I use less than the recommended application and need to pay it dry. I can't use it and will be going in the bin. It's absolutely disgusting feeling, need to find a new brand

Horrible. Why change a formula that has worked for years. I've worn this for over 10 years, picked up 2 boxes on offer at £3, £2 less than usual and with 15ml more product I thought I had a bargain. Both old and new say to use 2 twists of the cap, I've only ever used 1. This new formula is sticky and wet, and gunked up my makeup top. Then when I finally came to dressing it left white mess all over my tops and armpits. I tried it for 2 days, that was enough. Now looking for a different brand.

SURE, why have you changed the formula of maximum protection? Horrible sticky and leaves your clothes sticky also, even after letting it dry for 15 mins or more. I have been using it for years and really liked it, but now i can honestly say I won’t be using it again.

New Sure cream formulation is terrible. It’s sticky and wet, never drying down. Even the dispenser is worse, dispensing far too much product at once. Previously, the product was excellent but this new version is appalling.

I have used sure deodorant for years & it worked great, no sweat stains, lasts all day, uses the right amount with 2 clicks & is the right consitancy. However, the new formula does not last as long, it is not a cream it feels more like a gel, it's wet, sticky & I use too much especially when I get up so early for work, doing it in the dark I never know how much to turn I used to listen for the 2 clicks so I end up having to wipe it off before getting dressed. Definitely not the same & will not be buying it again

Sure Maximum Protection cream deodorant was the only deodorant that worked for me for years, now the new formula is not only sub-par in performance, it’s a horrible, wet, sticky consistency that doesn’t last as long and doesn’t travel well (I lost most it when travelling & the dispenser dispensed most of the product into the lid, the dial to dispense the cream is much looser on this one than the original product). To top it all off, it’s more expensive than the original product. Won’t be buying again & if anyone from Sure happens to read this & cares, please bring back the original formula & packaging!

Have used Sure Maximum Protection for several year. The new formula is rubbish. It’s wet and sticky, the holes on the top of the dispenser are bigger so you use more and therefore doesn’t last as long. I will be looking for a new product

The product has completely changed and not for the good. Like many other review submitals, I have used Sure regular for over 40 years. Recently, they have changed the product and for the first time in 40 years I'm going to have to look for another option. I don't know why or what they were thinking with this change but, it's not working. Obviously the Company doesn't understand "if it aint broke, don't fix it"

The new water based formula of Sure Maximum protection cream is awful.
The dispenser gives too much product and there is on way to stop this. The product itself is very wet to apply an when it does "dry" my armpits are left feeling sticky all day.
The transfer to clothing is also an issue it's anything but invisible! and is very difficult to wash off.

I've used the original Sure maximum protection cream for many years and loved it but im going to have to look for an alternative product as this new improved product is not in my opinion anywhere near as good as the original
Sure what is your thinking behind this change?

I’ve been using the sure deodorant stick for years but they’ve just changed the dispenser and altered the product itself. What was the thought process behind this idea! It’s unusable! The new design over-dispenses and is impossible to regulate. The product is wet, sticky and clothes transferance is ridiculous. It just won’t dry and therefore, unless I can get hold of old stock from somewhere, I will no longer be able to use. I’m amazed they would alter something that was so popular and is very often sold out. Ludicrous!

I decided to give it a try. Awful and a complete waste of money. Takes ages to dry. I will be going back to my old deodorant.

When applying sure deoderant under my freshly cleaned and dried arms, it sprayed well and smelt nice for half hour before I found myself having to reapply ,even though I was not remotely hot or sweating the deordrant properties of this spray appear to be non existent!!I will never buy this product again !it doesn't remotely work and its a waste of money .
