My order was almost 200 its been over a year and still haven't received my pre order scam scam

Bought an in stock item. Super fast shipping, item arrived in great shape. An older item that had increased in value on the secondary market. So they could have cancelled, but did not. Great experience!

I ordered a figure over a month ago and they still haven’t shipped it!! I’m so frustrated I just wasted about $30. Don’t ever buy from them they’re scammers.

Don’t order from this website especially pre orders, I pre ordered an item and it’s been like over a year. I’ve emailed them at least twice on it and kept getting the go around I recently checked the site and it said the item I wanted should be out this month. If I receive it I’ll be shocked, and if not I have just waisted almost $90 I will never order from this company again.

I've preordered and ordered so many figures from them. All were packaged so well and arrived faster than anticipated. Since they offer free shipping for orders within the US, their prices are so much more cheaper. Their prices are fair and much more cost efficient than imported figures.

Same as everyone else ordered the pre order didn't get something when it was released now it's been 6months no action figure and they said they can't refund me since it's been over 180 days.. never order from them because you never know when u get it..

dont evr buy from here. literally don't even trust the reviews this website is ass. preordered a sugawara nendoroid, it's rerealesed at least 3 times on the goodsmile offical site now & still hasn't shipped from surethingtoys. i wish i could go back in time & slap myself for giving this dumb website 60 dollars because i was so desperate to get my hands on his nendoroid that i bought it from a sus website w/o knowing goodsmile will allow you to purchase once released..

DON’T BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!! I had to cancel a pre order I made well over a year ago due to no communication at all. And mind you, you get charged up front for any pre order. I’m almost certain they dont plan on sending out a lot of the pre orders they have available.... as you can see, they have so many figures for pre order that aren’t even in production anymore, they literally just con you for the pre order money that you pay up front. I finally reached out to them about my forgotten pre order, requesting a refund.... they didn’t even respond, and only sent me a gift card. I used the gift card over a week ago now on their products that are apparently “available” and I haven’t gotten any shipping notifications or updates about delays or anything. I’m so frustrated that I probably just threw my money away to some illegitimate company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these con artists at all cost. FYI, I’m never one to leave reviews... in fact, this is my first negative review ever. I felt compelled to hopefully save you from getting into the same mess.

Pros: so 1st time order, it's fast delivery and very good packaging.

Cons: can't really say since 1st time but i did leave ig messages to no response. so i guess based on other reviews here too, as long as you don't need to speak to them, it'd be fine to order. since it was really quick delivery and packaging was excellent, i may order again plus im in ny, they in nj so its close too.

The worst service ever! They r legit but their response time is ridiculously slow. They wait forever on preorders n they cant keep promises. I ordered a marvel legends from them a year ago n i still haven’t received them. So i emailed 3 times n they still haven’t replied back. For in stock items they do ship it out fairly quick but for any preorders DO NOT order from them if u want to avoid headaches just like i did. Avoid ordering any preorders from them at all cost.

I ordered a figure that was in stock and didn't have to interact with any customer service . My experience was pretty good having no issues with payment or making my account , I happily got my Barbatos Metal Build. I took some time looking at the site reviews hoping it was a legit site cause it was going for a good price. After looking and seeing it was safe enough. So although I can't talk about preorders or customer support , getting a figure that's in stock was a breeze and I was not disappointed .

Preordered a figure from them in Nov '20 that was suppsed to release in Feb '21. Contacted them in Feb and they said release was pushed back to April. Ok, fair enough. Inquired again April 28th, they are no longer responding to emails. Their customer service number is a JOKE. All it does is tell you to leave a message. Surprise, NOBODY ever calls back.

All the other stores and sites have gotten their stock and shipped, meanwhile SureThingToys doesn't even reply to messages. Contacted credit card company to dispute, NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN.

They are scammers. Pay for items. Then get email reply 3 months later saying bank filed a suit we don't have it and you don't get your money or the products. Total fraud! BEWARE

Bought an S.H.Figuarts Ultraman figure. Fast shipping and box was in mint condition. Legit website. I would order from them again!

They are legit. I bought 2 figurartsZero figures (tsunade and Jiraiya) from them and they came in perfect condition and free shipping. Definitely would buy from them again.
