I do not agree with being asked to make a new payment when the mistake was made on your side.
The request was clear from the beginning: the bond had to be issued in the name of an individual/consultant, not in the name of the company. In addition, this is not the first time we have completed this process with you, so this procedure should already be familiar and our client history should have been properly reviewed.
This is now the third time a similar situation has happened, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, I am being told to pay again. That is not acceptable.
I am requesting the reversal of the transaction and the correct issuance of the bond in the consultant’s name, in accordance with the original request.
I look forward to your prompt response.
