When I ordered the bond
When I ordered the bond, I was given the choice to do a two or three day FedEx. I opted for a two day delivery and paid extra. Since I place my order on Wednesday afternoon, I understood that the bond would be issued the mailed the following day or Thursday so I assumed that the bond would be delivered on Friday/Saturday, 9/11-12. I then received a message from FedEx that the bond would be delivered on Monday, 9/14 by 8pm. I contacted FedEx and was told that they only deliver Mon-Friday. I said that that was not written in the choices. Why would I pay extra to have it delivered 5 days later. I was also informed that FedEx delivers 2 days from the day they receive the envelope so if Surety took longer than it would be from that day. The lack of transparency and accountability to the consumer - as I informed FedEx (and which I will NEVER use) should have been listed on your website. It is Monday, 9/14, and I am still waiting for the bond to arrive, yet I paid for a two day delivery service. Just not right not to allow the consumer to have full details to make an informed decision.

Easy and straightforward process
Jon made the entire surety bond process easy from start to finish. He was patient, answered all of my questions, explained the pricing and multi-year options clearly, and made sure my bond was updated correctly before I completed payment. The process was quick, straightforward, and much easier than I expected.
