I asked my insurance company for a bond. They told me I had to apply and wait for approval, that would take 1 to 2 weeks. That would have delayed my TABC license, I call SuretyBonds,talked to a rep. Gave him my Comptroller number and confirmed my infowithin a few minutes. he asked for the payment method and I paid, I asked how long it would take to get my bond he said check your email. It in my inbox before I even got off the phone. Very happy to get it that fast and ensure no delay in my TABC application.

Everything was easy and straightforward until I received the bond. I didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to get my permit until I fax/mail the bind to the state. Seems like that should be part of your process.
