I looked at several different places for my bond and found that Surety Bonds Direct was the only one that listed the price for the bond I was looking for, and I was able to purchase the bond completely online in a couple of minutes. Can't beat that!

Thank you! Our team takes pride in delivering great customer service.
BEWARE!!!
Very nice and professional at first and It’s incredibly easy to purchase, but when it comes to obtaining a letter that states the aggregate/Project limit (letter of bondability), they never call you back instead they inform you that it’s a free service They don’t provide during business hours! I have yet to obtain that letter. I call back and they hang up. Very unprofessional. If you are just trying to run a business and go about your way I’d advise to take your business elsewhere.

Mrs Martinez,
I am not sure why this states that we do not call back as I see many calls back and forth. Unfortunately, we were not able to get you approved for this Bondability letter. We notified you of this on the phone. While we service other bonds for you, this particular letter is credit underwritten. We do apologize and hope you were able to successfully get the letter that you needed
