Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I waited over two weeks just to be lied to. They sent me a written quote with one price, then came back later trying to charge something completely different. That is their mistake, yet they refuse to stand behind their own quote.
Their customer service is absolutely despicable — dismissive, unhelpful, and unapologetic. Save yourself the headache and find another surety bond company to work with. Owen Hardy
Bond Specialist was the person I had to deal with.

Professional, Fast, and Incredibly Accommodating
I am beyond impressed with the level of service provided by Surety Bonds Direct. After realizing I had initially requested the wrong bond type, I reached out to correct my mistake. I was braced for a complicated process or extra fees, but the team corrected the error immediately at no additional cost to me.
The speed of their communication is unmatched. Even with the Christmas holiday approaching, they listened to exactly what I needed and delivered the final bond within 30 minutes of my email.
It is rare to find a company that combines this level of professionalism with such genuine care for their clients' timelines and budgets. "Wow" is all I can say. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a surety bond.

Réponse de Surety Bonds Direct
Hannah,
We wanted to reach out directly to better understand what happened and to help resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
We’re sorry for the frustration this experience caused.
Our records show that we sent two emails on the same day as your request in an effort to assist with the bond update. Unfortunately, a phone number was not included with the online submission, which limited our ability to follow up by phone.
It’s clear there was a breakdown in communication, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Once we received your email response, the updated bond documents were sent the same day.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there is anything further we can do to assist—we’re always here to help.
Réponse de Surety Bonds Direct
Isabelle,
We appreciate your feedback and continued support.
