Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Milan was unprofessional and completely unhelpful throughout the booking process. The information provided was unclear and misleading, and when I asked for clarification, the responses were either delayed or avoided. My booking ended up being more expensive than what was initially promised, and there was no accountability from their side. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with…
I had an excellent experience with Shivani Gurung, from Suffares. She was professional, patient, and extremely helpful—not only with booking but also in assisting me with revoking my ticket and thoroughly handling the cancellation and refund process for my wife’s tickets. Her support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Really bad experience
Really bad experience. The price they showed at first was much cheaper than what I ended up paying. After I booked, I didn’t get any confirmation for a long time, and it was super hard to reach their them. When I finally spoke to someone, they weren’t helpful at all and kind of rude. On top of that, they messed up my flight details and I had to spend more money to fix it. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Stay away if you don’t want stress.
