Great service from Finley.

Purchased a large Canpro Gazebo in December, due to supply issues, this was delayed by over a month, but was kept in the loop and offered suitable alternatives during that time.

Delivery now agreed for Monday, so thank you Finley and always a pleasure dealing with professional people and organisations, would happily recommend Surf and Turf again.

They do not deserve one star!

I’d very strongly advise anyone NOT to order a gazebo from this company. I ordered my gazebo, with was a lot of money, around £2800. They supply a digital file with blank panels to enable a customer to design their gazebo artwork. But they ultimately produce the final artwork. This is signed off prior to completing it. That is fine and all well and good. BUT the individual panels have a join in them at either (randomly) one third from the bottom or two thirds from the bottom. The artwork DOES NOT SHOW THESE AND DO NOT LINE UP. Some panels are as much as 20mm off. Had the seam been shown on the artwork mockup, I could have moved or reduced the size to avoid that. My gazebo is a light grey fleck, with large black logos. The seams are sawn with WHITE stitching. So not only are they not lined up but also have white lines through them. One panel alone was £600 purely for the printing. Both sides are ruined by this. After a couple of years the printing faded but different colours faded at different levels so now looks absolutely horrible. One panel was totally the wrong size, however that was easily and quickly rectified. I explained that this was a huge purchase for a new business and that it was just not good enough. However no offer to rectify was ever received. I rang them and emailed but hit a brick wall. I’m extremely disappointed with surf & turf.

I've recently purchased some banners and a branded deck chair from here. I highly recommend them - very competitively priced and good quality products. The customer support from Finlay was excellent throughout!

Small delay when ordering a gazebo/ shelter for event catering, well communicated and supplied at short notice. I ordered one that wasn't quite right for our requirements, they we're extremely helpful in organising a collection and replacement at very short notice, couldn't have asked for more.
Very impressed with the service I received, rare these days to find a company that will go out of their way to ensure complete satisfaction.
Great advice and communication at every stage. Will definitely use them in future for any event requirements.

I ordered a promotional portrait flag from Surf Turf.
Once i had picked the size and double sided it gave me the option of holders in which i picked a wall/van brace and a spiral floor spike.
Once i had ordered it took me to postage in which i was given the option of Express next day delivery for an additional £35, and as i was after this flag asap as i wanted it for upcoming events, i paid the additional cost.

Once i had paid, i received an email from Surf turf stating the flag would be with me in 10-14 business days, which was not made clear anywhere on their website until i had bought it up that this should be made clearer to customers. I ordered on the basis that i would get asap not 3-4 weeks later. What was the extra postage option for? so i could get it after 15 business days later instead of 16 or 17 days?
They have agreed that the £10 difference in postage fees for their normal delivery of £25 to the £35 express delivery would be refunded as it is a farce to charge someone that amount of money and not actually receive it within the 10-14 days stated.

Well after my order i was told the spiral spike was unavailable and i therefore picked the other ground spike option which was £3 cheaper and i was told i would get refunded.
I then received my item 16 business days after ordering a full 3 1/2 weeks later, with more errors. They have now sent me the wrong pole for the flag i bought, sending me a straight pole for a feather flag rather than the return pole for the portrait flag, therefore even though i now have my flag i still cannot use it.
I have also still not received the £13 refund promised.

All in all an unpleasant purchase, its taken ages for it to get here and even then its wrong and cannot be used.

I had a slight problem with my gazebo top canopy, Scott was fantastic and sorted the problem immediately. Excellent customer service so, be reassured when you purchase from this company. Would highly recommend from my personal experience.

Their gazebos are just what they say they are, sturdy and reliable. I've had one for the last 3 years and it works just fine. Also costumers service was really helpful on my last purchase, attentive and beyond when resolving an issue related with time delivery and product choosing. They answered my emails in minutes and they were really effective and helpful.
