Friendly, helpful & so patient. Truly fantastic service and our Gazebo looks fabulous too! It really did stand out at the show. The colour & quality is stunning!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered package 6 off their site, when it came, I had another businesses roof and missing a side wall and my banner.
Called them up and was called a liar multiple times by a female advisor and female manager. Shouted at for telling them they are wrong. Saying I hadn’t paid for 4 walls when their package includes it and all the proofs of artwork had 4 walls. Took ages to get the additional stuff.
Told me to use the other businesses roof at my event which I was at when setting up and realised the error so lost a day trading. Tried to sort something out with them and they just ignore you. I would use gala tent next time for sure
Now working with my insurance to claim back loss of earnings against them due to them not will to come up with a solution. Luckily I had an email from them accepting all liability.
The below reply states they didn’t call me a liar, a female manager was shouting at me down the phone saying I hadn’t ordered 4 sides after her staff member told her I hadn’t, even though I ordered there pre made package with 4 sides. There staff member got upset because she realised all her mistakes and that I wasn’t lying so played the victim. So let’s call a spade a spade. Don’t worry you will be hearing from us legally.
The reason you say you are going above and beyond to offer a free flag is because you know how much of a bad mistake the agent and manager made

We're sorry to hear you remain dissatisfied, however we feel it's important that we address some inaccuracies here for the benefit of other customers reading this.
You are correct that there was a warehouse picking error on your order, and we take full responsibility for that. We apologised unreservedly at the time and acted promptly to resolve it. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you complimentary branded products free of charge an offer that goes well above our standard obligations.
We do need to address your claim that you were "called a liar multiple times" this is categorically untrue. What we cannot allow to go unchallenged is the suggestion that our team behaved unprofessionally, when in fact the conduct during your calls caused significant distress to a member of our staff.
We genuinely regret the inconvenience the fulfilment error caused you, and we acted in good faith throughout to put things right. We wish you well.

I have to admit I was to quick to judge…
I have to admit I was to quick to judge this company on my resent order and I im sorry to have written my 1st review . So I confirming this does not reflect anything nasty or bad about Surf & Turf ... There was miss leading information on there website about what is included with the gazebo but this has now been corrected ..Also they responded quickly to an error with my order which was to no cost to me . Everything is correct now and all parts have now been delivered…Thank you to all staff at Surf&Turf . With out a doubt I will be using Surf & Turf again and highly recommend this company.

Lost in transit
Order placed Wednesday 29th May and was hoping be here in 2 days .But no only the frame turned up on 1st May .We wanted it for a big family bbq …Totally pissed off as the side walls / roof and weights will not be here till Tuesday 5 May .

New Parasols for the food market
Had a great experience with the team at Instashade. Amanda our account manager was nothing but helpful and communicative. Ensuring that all requests were met and that no job couldn't be done. The parasols look fabulous, come and see them at the Southbank Centre food market.

As a small business owner we really understand about great customer service. However it’s not always the norm these day.. except for businesses like Surf and Turf. They really are a friendly efficient business to work with. Their product is in our eyes one of the best on the market, and we’ve tried many others in the past. It’s great to be able to replace a canopy cover and not the whole item too. Quick delivery and being able to speak to someone immediately on the phone is great too. Highly recommend this business for top quality products, polite and easy communication, and a great delivery service too.
